JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

WE, SPS. ROMEL VELASCO and GINA M. VELASCO, Filipinos, of legal
ages, and residents of Punta, San Remigio, Cebu, after having been sworn in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We are the buyers in good faith and for value from the previous owner
SPS. EDGAR and VIOLETA R. LABORES of a parcel of land known as Lot No.
1648, previously covered by Tax Declaration No. 15800.

2. On February 14, 2019, the said SPS. EDGAR and VIOLETA R. LABORES
executed a Deed of Absolute Sale over the said property in our favor. Copy
is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

3. However, due to lack of knowledge that the above-described property was

already covered by a title, specifically K.O.T. Blg. CARP2016003352 in the
name of VIOLETA R. LABORES, only Tax Declaration No. 15800 was used
to describe the property subject of the sale transaction.

4. Eventually e-CAR No. C-2020080062523M for the said sale transaction

was issued based on TD No. 15800 by the BIR Revenue District Office No.
80.

5. Due to the discrepancy created, there is now a need to correct the

foregoing e-CAR by inserting the K.O.T. Blg. CARP2016003352 to e-CAR
No. C-2020080062523M.

6. We are executing this affidavit to AFFIRM and CONFIRM that the foregoing
discrepancies are obtaining on the foregoing e-CAR and the need for its
replacement and correction as above-indicated.

7. This affidavit is executed in good faith and was never intended for any evil
or unlawful purpose or intent.
