Next article will be assigned based on the trial piece.

Agreed fee:
$35-60 per article. Test article $30, after successful test, the rates will be:

$35 2000 words

$40 2000 - 3000 words
$45 3000 - 4000 words
$50 4000 - 5000 words

Although the payment largely depends on wordcount, the quality of the content and following the outline
remains the main criteria for payment.

This Agreement is made by and between Maria Eretnova (Bali, Indonesia) and the above named on this
Agreement (“Writer”) on the date listed on this Agreement.

Submissions
The Writer agrees to submit SEO-optimized articles to be first published on
AcrylicPaintingSchool.com. Full outline is provided for each article. Please wait for the outline to be
sent by Maria.

Work may be used for writer’s portfolio once it’s published. Work shall be submitted via email
(mashaeretnova@gmail.com), each article in separate Google word document with proper structure
according to the outline. The resized images, if any, should be named and saved in a separate folder for
each post, and then zipped. All images should be copyright-free if possible. Otherwise, the Writer will
make a note and mention the source.

Deadline
The deadline is September, 15th. If the articles are more than 3 days late, without notification, the
commission will be deemed to be cancelled and can be placed with another writer. If you have any
problems, please just let me know in advance.

Payment
Once the articles are accepted (within 3 days of receipt) and need no more edits, the payment is issued.
The payment method is WISE transfer.

Maria Eretnova has the sole and exclusive authority to determine whether or not to publish any or all
articles submitted.

Rights Purchased
The Writer grants, assigns, and transfers to Maria Eretnova the worldwide, exclusive right to: publish,
reproduce, publicly distribute, transmit, display, and otherwise use the Articles, including all revisions
thereof, in all media (digital and print) now known or later developed. The Writer cannot pitch the same
outline to another blog or copy the content for their own blog.

However, copyright remains in your name for the purpose of royalty collection with agencies such as
ALCS if applicable.

Accuracy and Legalities

You will do your best to ensure that all the content and sources mentions are accurate on the day the job is
delivered. We cannot appropriate any images if they are not copyright free. You must include the source.

The Writer warrants that the Writer is vested with sole ownership and with the power to convey all rights
that are granted and assigned in this Agreement; the copyright has not previously been assigned nor the
Articles published elsewhere; the Articles do not infringe any valid copyright or other proprietary rights
of any other person; the Articles contain no libellous, defamatory or other unlawful material, nor do they
violate any proprietary rights nor invade the privacy rights or infringe the publicity rights of any third
party.
Edits/Rewrites
Maria Eretnova is authorised to edit the Articles for style, length, accuracy or any other reason, without
the express approval of Writer.

If an article is deemed as not meeting the brief, Maria Eretnova reserves the right to ask for a
rewrite to be completed within seven (7) days. If you choose not to do this, or, the article still does
not meet the brief after one set of amends, a kill fee of 50% will be paid.

Even if this occurs, an article may still appear on the website as the articles are in a templated form.

Hold Harmless Statement

The Writer agrees to hold Maria Eretnova harmless from any claim, suit or proceeding based on the
grounds that the Articles infringe any valid copyright or other proprietary rights of any other person;
contain libellous, defamatory or other unlawful material; invade the privacy rights or infringe the
publicity rights of any other person; and agrees to indemnify Maria Eretnova, its employees and agents
for reasonable expenses incurred in defending, settling, or otherwise responding to such claims.

Independent Contractor Status

The parties expressly agree that Maria Eretnova is not the employer of the Writer, and the Writer is not
and will not be treated as her employee for tax purposes, or any other purposes.

Representation
The writer agrees they will under no circumstances without express permission from Maria Eretnova state
they represent Acrylic Painting Blog, or Maria herself with the intent to claim free goods or services for
the purposes of review or promise of publication.

There is no confidentiality clause to this agreement and you can say you have worked for Acrylic Painting
Blog for the purposes of your CV, website or client list.

Agreement Termination
This Agreement will begin on the date the Agreement is executed by both or the latter of the two parties
as set forth below and shall continue until terminated as provided by either party. If either party violates a
term of this Agreement, then the other party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon delivery of
written notice of termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may terminate this Agreement
at any time for any or no reason, effective upon the completion of the current contracted article.

Agreement Governance
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and may be amended at any time
only in a writing signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the
laws of the USA, which shall be the forum for any lawsuits arising from or incident to this Agreement.
