Chapter 3: Psychology is more important than vocabulary and grammar.

Spending too much time on learning English in a wrong way make most of English learners
stressed and frustrated. they constantly think about grammar and translation when it comes to
speaking English. This makes their speech slow and unnatural, while real English is very fast and
smooth.
There is a solution to solve this problem: Effortless English system. This system contains 2 parts:
psychology and method. Effortless English is based on a success psychology system called NLP.
NLP found that happy, motivated and energetic people actually learn better.
the connection between emotion and learning English is very important. It can be both negative
or positive. If you have bad experience in your English class, you will automatically feel nervous
and stressed whenever you try to learn or use English. actually, this feeling can be changed and
created. You absolutely can create your positive emotion when you learn English by a few ways:
pull your shoulders back, push your chest up and out, head up, smile and even think about
something great in life. your emotions change when your body and your thoughts change. Next,
connect this great feeling to English by start listening to easy English audio for example.
Gradually, this positive feeling will become connected to English and you will feel energized,
positive and excited when you hear or use English. In fact, research has shown that people who
are happy and excite while learning English can learn more quickly and perform better.
therefore, the best way to help student learn better is by keeping students interested, reducing
stress in classrooms and boosting learners’ self-confident.

Chapter 12: Repetition is the key to spoken master

Why learn deeply? learning deeply means to learn English to the point where speaking and
understanding are automatic. normally all English learners move too fast so that they just know
the vocabulary, grammar but still struggle when it comes to speaking. understand the difference
between knowledge and skill, knowledge is something you analyze and think about, skill is
something you DO. students need English skill, not knowledge.
how to learn deeply? Repetition helps you to truly understand and turns vocabulary or grammar
become a part of you. Slow down and repeat everything you learn again and again. one time is
not enough, 5 times is not enough, 30, 50, 100 our even more! so how to avoid boredom when
you keep learning 1 thing again and again? choose material that is compelling to you: learn about
something you love.
