TECHNICAL ASPECT

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The manufacturing process consists of grid casting and stacking of positives and
negative plates. Pasting of oxide and curing negative plates along with P.E separator
sheet in between the positive plates in the container and plates then connecting the
plates in parallel and connection cells in series by soldering. The top cover is then
sealed and testing is ne as per the BIS Specifications. The procedure is applicable to
all sizes of the batteries and charging of batteries may be done as per requirement.
