proper handwashing, wound cleansing, dressing
changes, and application of topical
medications(Belleza,2020).
Determine priority of learning needs within the
overall care plan; render physical comfort for
the patient; grant a calm and peaceful
environment without interruption; include the
patient in creating the teaching plan; help the
patient in integrating information into daily life;
and provide clear, thorough, and understandable
explanations and demonstrations(Belleza,2020).
