13TH ROUND 20/80 CONDOMINIUM WINNERS ASKED TO SIGN

13th round 20/80 condominium winners have been asked sign contracts with the agency for the condominium
units which were awarded to them more than  a year ago.

When the condominium winners were announced many youth from Oromia regional state who claimed some
of the condominium units in Koye Feche site were built in oromia. This created problems between Addis
Ababa and Oromia regional state and the winners could not receive their houses.

Accordingly, the regional state and the agency conducted a study and found that 9,000 of the condominium
units in Koye Feche were built in oromia regional state. This has created an uncertainty on who will manage
the condominium  units in the future.

For now, the 13th round 20/80 condominium winners should bring a renewed ID card, marriage certificate not
more than 6 months old, proof that they do not have a house and additional documents and head to the
agency’s office.
