Re: Campaign Finance Law complaint

Dear Mrs. Young:

I just received a second copy of a campaign finance complaint dated July 13, 2022, received August 1,
2022 and now received again on August 23, 2022. I have attached my initial response also forwarded to
your office on August 1, 2022. At the time the complaint was made and also when I received it on
August 1st, I was not even a political candidate. While I made the announcement in February of 2019, I
was not an “official” candidate for 2022 Governor until August 4 th of 2022 when I first submitted
paperwork to the VT State Secretary of State. The claims of campaign funding simply do not exist. All
fundraising platforms or donations have been clearly marked and used for my personal use with the
specific wording “this is not a campaign fund” included in the advertisements.

Now that I have received a second copy AFTER I became an official candidate, I have the same response
and will report that I have not raised ANY money or funding for my political campaign. ZERO dollars have
been received for political support and my spending is well under the $500 requirement for reporting. If
I have misunderstood something, please clarify so that I may correct the issue.

I also have to AGAIN request your official response to my multiple letters accusing your office under TJ
Donovan and other government agencies and individuals of crimes against humanity, high treason,
sedition, obstruction, tax fraud, criminal conspiracy, murder, drug trafficking and human trafficking,
among other allegations. I have submitted several letters with documentation and back up evidence
over the YEARS, yet I am still waiting for a single returned phone call or response. I am available at your
convenience for dueling interviews. I will provide answers and cooperate with any investigations against
me, but I also have a few questions regarding the evidence against your office and this administration
concerning the multi-state federal RICO investigation and current Vermont Federal Grand Jury. I will also
inform your office AGAIN that as a candidate for Governor; I am no longer safe in my home and had to
leave my community back in April for my safety and the safety of those around me. I am at the point
where I am not sure if it’s SAFE for me to even run for office. I again, request FEDERAL ASSISTANCE
above your jurisdiction to investigate these dangerous and serious concerns. I look forward to hearing
from you.

Sincerely,

Kevin Hoyt
