Respected Sir,

I Rajesh Das, s/o Ajit Das residing permanently at Bishnupur under the jurisdiction of
Bishnupur P.S, would like to bring to your notice. I work at Shalini Resort as a waiter. I stepped out of
my house at 7am for work. I went near the water tank of the resort, to check the shop beside the
tank and found the bhangri shop closed during its peak hours. Upon checking further, I found the
doors of the shop were unlocked. I grew suspicious of the fact and peaked inside, and witnessed a
dead man lying inside with his neck separated from his body, inside a pool of blood. On approaching
the body, I recognized the dead man to be the owner of the shop, Sirajul Molla. The wound mark
looked like it was being made by some sharp wedged object or weapon. Blue t-shirt and sherpoon
was found in that body.

I would like to request proper inquiry to find the one who did this murder.I would be highly
obliged if you take necessary steps to find out the culprit and take necessary measures to impart
justice to the victim.

I can speak and understand Bengali well, but cannot read or write. This document was
dictated by me and was later read out to me, seeking my approval of the validity of the document.
