Upon your inquiry I want to bring to your notice that a man named Mithun Chandra from Kolkata

used to visit our village. He promised job opportunities for the unemployed youth of our village. He
promised the employment of many. He introduced himself to my brother Dhanonjoy and later my
brother introduced me to him for a job. Approximately six months ago, Mithun Chandra asked me to
meet with him in Fulkushma baazar and then took me to a house in Fulkushma Baazar and raped me
for the first time as I went alone by myself. He then took photos of me without any of my clothes
and threatened to leak those pictures to the public if I utter a single word of the incident. I was
scared and silent. I informed no one of this incident. During Durga Puja, on the day of Panchami ,
Mithun Chandra came to my place at night in a four-wheeler car and informed that he found a
suitable job for me and if I refused to go with him, that he would leak my naked images which he
took earlier. I was forced to agree to go with him. He informed my family that he was taking me for a
new job opportunity. He took me through unknown roads and places. He raped me multiple times
and i was also raped by unknown male strangers. Those strangers informed me that they have paid a
sum of money to Mithun Chandra before raping me. I tried to escape multiple times but I failed
repeatedly as I was confined in a room, locked behind closed doors. According to me, I was probably
confined in Gujrat. One day luckily I found a phone in my room, and called up my brother to inform
him of the truth and asked him to rescue me from there. Today, 14/11/2019 Mithun’s associates
dropped me off at Gujrat’s Ahmedabad station and ran away. Several moments later, the local police
rescued me from there. I was informed of Mithun’s arrest in the hands of police, earlier by his
associates. I can recognize and identify Mithun Chandra and his house at Fulkushma where I was
raped.
