Considering you as the investigating officer of this case, upon your inquiry I would like to bring to

your knowledge that I Netai Shardar, s/o Rupen Shardar. My original place of residence is in Kalighat
road. I currently reside in Bhawanipore beltala road. I work here and earn my living. Today you came
to Bhawanipore in Mithun Chandra’s car and Mithun Chandra is present here along with you. In his
presence and mine, we went into his house and looked through his showcase, almirah and found
some notebooks, papers , photos and a mobile phone and seized them. After the seizure list was
created by you, I gave my thumb impression on it.
