Mahendra Singh(MS) Dhoni was born on 7th July 1981 in Ranchi, Bihar in a Hindu Rajput family. His father Pan Singh worked in junior management positions in MECON and his mother Devaki Devi is a housewife. Dhoni studied at DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali, Ranchi, where he excelled in sports such as badminton and football and was selected at district and club level competitions. As a child, Dhoni was always into®_ sports. He was a district-level badminton and football player. His football coach sent him to fill the position of a wicketkeeper: on the school cricket team. He played well and soon bagged a permanent place in the group. This ignited his passion for cricket. Dhoni started focussing more on cricket after his 10th grade. He was very passionate about cricket and wanted to prove himself in this sport. Dhoni consistently participate in cricket tournament which makes him more strong in his career and in every match he experience different players which gives more practice,knowledge about his field and experience .similarly one should be more consistent ,explore your field/subject which gives more experience. In this way dhoni define success. After achieving success he didn’t stop or become slow because he was consistent ,enough knowledge and experience which makes him more towards more achievement. In 1990 cooch Bihar trophy(final) he didn’t select for further then he start service in Indian railway as Ticket Collector(TC) where after work hours he use to practice in ground but he was not satisfy from this work so he leave his job then he apply for deodhar trophy in 2004 and got select for team India tour of Zimbabwe and kenya from this one should have confidence in yourself and in your decision and never give up when life things go beyond of your control After this he made career in Indian cricket team .When he made his career in and he have dream of collecting bike and he successfully achieve his dream so from this one should achieve small dreams which gives motivation confidence and energy to achieve large dreams. In 2011 world cup against sri lanka in final india is in need of 6 runs in 1 ball and dhoni was in strike and he made wonderful winning sixer that won billions of peoples heart that time commentator address him as game changer .
