IO2 Meeting Plan
IO2 Meeting Plan
At each meeting, each partner is invited to talk about an aspect of parental participations relating to
that meeting’s theme. You are welcome to bring along colleagues to share experiences and we
encourage everyone to bring cake/ a drink.
The meeting will be recorded and after each meeting, each partner is asked to submit one paragraph
describing their example and if possible, an image and links to any further information.
After the meeting, Janet Hetherington will use the information to compile each section of the
Protocol. Partners are asked not to use names, and the final report will be shared with partners for
approval before being shared publicly.
Agenda:
5 minute presentations (this will rotate so a different partner starts each time). Meeting 1 will follow
the order- UK/ Italy/ Portugal/ Lithuania/ Other contributors.
Do not feel you need to create any resources, but if you have pictures or images of anything you
want to share that is fine. During the presentation, partners are asked to place any questions in the
chat and these can be answered at the end of each presentation.
If any of the case studies address issues associated with socio- economic issues, family literacy, early
