Per DepEd Regional Memorandum entitled Submission of the List of Senior High School
Recipients of the Technical-Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) Tools and Equipment Funded
by FY 2016 Fund, dated June 9,2017, this office instructs all Senior High Schools in this
division that received TVL tools and equipment procured through the Regional Procurement
funded by the 2016 budget to submit report in soft copy (Excel Format) on or before June
19,2017 following the sample template below:
