1. How would you describe yourself?

Answer:- Firstly, I would like to thank you for giving this

opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Ramesh Kumar Das. I am from Nepal but now I am
staying in Bangalore, India. I have done my graduation in
VISVESVARAYA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. My strength is sincerely
hardworking and self-motivated, I can adapt to any type of
environment. My hobbies are Dancing, Traveling, Cooking and
playing Volleyball. My short term goal is first I want a job and
then settle my self. My long-term goal is to reach the highest
position in the company. I am a fresher. I don't have any working
experience. But once opportunity comes I will prove my self.
About my family background there are four members in my family
include me. My father is a Driver and my mother is a good
homemaker and my brother is working in Bank.

2. How would you describe your ideal job?

Answer:- “I would describe the ideal job as a job that makes the
most of my qualifications and abilities, and gives me a chance to
constantly challenge myself. I look for a stable job with quality
supervision, a positive work culture at a successful company that
will encourage me to work at my best.”
3. Why did you choose this career?

Answer:- I have chosen this because it opens the diversification

of my mind ,it pushes me to take challenges ,it is the field
where you can visualize everything ,it brings a change for a
person like me who is consistently a hard core introvert
(yes ,you will not change completely but a little change is
required for this era) and a sensitive person from the
beginning , civil engineering is something that makes you feel
that you are in the world which will never going to end for
sure , it only exceeds and exceeds with new discoveries ,it is
one of the discipline of engineering which is a way unique from
other ,at each and every instant you will feel ,you have a lot to
learn ,

Sometimes you can't even find time for your hobbies too but still
as I am in final year now

And I feel the most effective decision I have taken till now was
to do civil engineering

I am happy with it , and struggles are the part of life but the
path chosen by you simply depends on you

It is a tough journey but the output will definitely going to

help you to create laurels

4. What motivates you to do a good job?

Answer:- meeting deadlines, targets or goals , learning new

things , mentoring and coaching others , coming up with creative
ideas to improve something, or make something new , finding a way
to solve a problem, or overcome a challenge , completing a
difficult project, and seeing it through to the end

5. What goals do you have in your career?

Answer:- Attaining a new position and expanding my network with

my skills .

6. How do you plan to achieve these goals?

Answer:- “To reach my long-term goals, I have divided it into

short-term ones. My upcoming goal is to complete my certification
in civil engineering which will help me get a deeper
understanding of the civil work and work my way up to my final
goal of being a renowned a successfully Civil engineer.”

7. What exactly do you look for in a job?

Answer:- For me to love a job, I need to know that they measure

and reward success, and that they value each individual
employee’s contributions. I also would like to work for a
workplace that has a viable business plan, so that I know I am
helping the company succeed in both the short and long term. “

8. What accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction in

your life?

Answer:- The project that I completed on my recent internship

gave me a lot of satisfaction..

9. What is your greatest strength?

Answer:- My skills are my greatest strength.

10. What is your greatest weakness?

Answer:- Sometimes when I am doing my project that time getting

late and Overthinking.

11. How much do you expect if we offer you this position?

Answer:- Negotiable as per my work.

12. What do you believe is the most difficult part of being a

supervisor of people?

Answer:- I don’t have a any difficult part a being a supervisor

of people because I believe myself so I can handle it very
smoothly but according to people says the difficulties are more
speaking to make understand them .

13. Can you work well under deadlines or pressure?

Answer:- Yes, I can work well under deadlines or pressure.

14. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. What
were the repercussions?
Answer:- "Well, my current project deadline has long since passed
and we still have no idea when everything will be finished. It
was a really aggressive time estimate from the start. My boss
just gave it to me and I said I would try, but I knew it couldn’t
be completed in that amount of time so I will talk like this I
will make understand to them about it.

15. Give me an example of any major problem you faced and how you
solved it

Answer:- Once in a school days while playing my pant torn from

the center. I was confused what to do or what not to do. So, I
tell my friend to bring my bag from the classroom and I covered
that part with bag and went for stitching my pant.

16. Have you ever worked with someone that you did not get along
with as part of a team? How did you handle that situation?

Answer:- No , I have never worked with someone that i did not get
along with as part of a team . If I get to work with such person
firstly I will try to convince him and if he didn’t agree then I
will talk with higher authorities regarding this issue.

17. How do you feel about the possibility of relocating?

Answer:- As I love travelling and knowing new persons there is no

problem about the possibility of relocating.

18. What changes would you make if you came on board?

Answer:- I will try to change the errors.
