Informal Balance
Informal balance refers to an arrangement in which the elements are not
symmetrically arranged, but still appear balanced and stable.
An arrangement in which the pieces are not symmetrically organized. appear
balanced and stable is referred to as informal balance.
Informal balance is generally used, to attract the attention of observer and set
them thinking about the object under observation.
Rhythm
The regular repetition of sensory impressive, a series of units repeated one
after another produces rhythmic movement. Rhythmical patterns help the
eye to move easily from one part of the room to another or from one part of
a design to another.
Therefore, rhythm helps us to create harmony in a design or room. It is used
as the most effective may of creating aesthetic unity in prose, music, dance,
painting, architecture and sculpture.

own unless they're played by non-pitched percussion, but they're an essential
component of melody.
Emphasis
means giving the proper importance to parts or to the whole. One part of
design in the room is emphasized and the rest are subordinated.
So, you can imagine the confusion you will experience if all the object in a
room are of the same size.
Color is also used to create emphasis. The contrast of colors can be used to
produce a center of interest.
In food technology we used complementary colors is colors that are on the
opposite side of the color wheel. These colors do not just complement each
other, but rather enhance or accentuate each other by creating a contrast.
