The venue will be announced in a separate memorandum. 2. This training-workshop aims to: a. deepen understanding of Instructional Supervision to improve delivery of instruction for better learning outcomes; b. improve instructional supervisory practices to enhance teaching-learning processes; and c. promote the culture of accountability, excellence, inchision, respect and mutual trust, collaboration and teamwork, creativity and innovation, continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and safety through instructional supervisory practices. 3. The participants to this workshop are the identified Master Teachers and the members of the Program Management Team. Please refer to Enclosure 1: List of Participants 4. Meals (snacks and lunch) will be served to the identified participants per day and other incidental expenses shall be charged against Division HRTD/MOOE funds subject to accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 5. Minimum health and safety protocols shall be strictly implemented. The wearing of face mask and maintaining physical distancing throughout the activity shall be enforced. 6.
