This Office disseminates Regional Memorandum No. 0946, 5.2022 dated November 10, 2022 titled 2022 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month. 2. Presidential Proclamation No.479 titled Declaring the Month of November of Every Year as Filipino Values Month was signed on October 25, 1994, by the late President Fidel V. Ramos to create moral awakening and national consciousness on human values that are unique, genuine, and positively Filipino. With this declaration, Filipinos of all ages and from all sectors of the society are enjoined to actively participate in this annual observance. 3. In compliance with the proclamation and ensure realization of its goal, the Department of Education joins the nation in the celebration of the 2022 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month with the theme, Magagandang Kaugaliang Pilipino: Isabuhay at Pagyamanin Tungo sa Matiwasay at Maunlad na Kinubukasan. ‘This year’s theme focuses on how Filipino values can be strengthened and exercised in the life of each Filipino that can contribute to nation-building and achievement of individual and national goals. 4.
