1.0 Introduction

Sales management is the process of the process by which an organization hires, trains and
motivates its sales staff, coordinate operations throughout the sales department and implement
sales strategies that drives business revenues. As such, an organization that does not have a
proper channel of communication will not be able to achieve its sales target and other
organizational goals which is why the role of the sales manager must be reorganized by the
business organizations.

The topic of this research project is The Significance of Sales management in Courts Fiji Ltd.
How successful a business organization is depends on the extent to which its employees are
familiar with the organization. It is essential for businesses to realize the importance of
employees to the organization in order to enhance the means and ways to manage sales.

The significance of research is that it would help builds credibility, the introduction to new ideas;
helps reach people and undertake the views and opinions. (Soken-Huberty, 2020) it helps
understand how business reach to the sales objectives, control the sales processes, boost sales
performance and thrive among the competitors. Sales management plays a vital role in the
revenue generation process. Sales are highly competitive in commercial and business enterprises
due to improving ways to reduce cost and enhance methods to increase profit. Thus, gaining a
new skill increases the opportunity to grow and develop the career, expands the knowledge base
abut sales management. The significance of this research project is that it would help understand
the Sales management strategies that may enhance the organizations benefits and help in the
correction of any misconceptions about the management process.

The key research problems that has been figured out is how the business organizations manage
the people in the sales management process, managing the process of sales management,
managing the numbers in sales management and setting of the sales strategies. The general
purpose of this study is to review the sales management practices, the strategies, challenges and
methods to deal with the problems of sales management.

The organization chosen to carry out the research of sales management is Courts Fiji Limited,
company that is known for its leading retailing services. The company has about twenty five
employees at each outlet in Fiji. Effective management staff and leadership are therefore is an
important aspect of Courts Fiji Limited and the way in which employees are led, managed and
motivated is a major influence on towards the success of this organization.

Thus, the assignment would briefly discuss the Management of people in the sales management
process, the Managing process of sales management, and the sales strategies at Courts Fiji
Limited. Therefore the project seeks to analyze the information provided by Courts Fiji Ltd on

Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, and 93 other Caribbean nations are

name Courts (Tonga) Limited. The Vision Group is an alliance of four businesses, including
Jacks of Fiji, R.C. Manubhai & Co. Ltd., Challenge Engineering, better known for its automotive
business Auto mart Ltd., and Candle Investment Ltd., the investment arm of lawyers Parshotam
and Company. Customers can touch only one aspect of customer care. The center is fully staffed
with trained professionals who can respond promptly to customer questions and requests. Our
goal is to go above and above for our customers. In order to improve customer satisfaction and
the shopping experience, customer care also entails conducting surveys of consumers and the
media.

components in the firm, it is essential to completely understand the sales management process to

carries out the plan while overseeing and inspiring personnel’s. Assesses and documents sales

market or the customer, this must be regarded as one of the most important jobs.
Given that the sales team is in charge of enticing clients to come to the company, it only seems
reasonable to refer to them as the game-changers. It would be difficult to envision how
successful a company would be without its motivated and knowledgeable salesmen.

the business, which includes sales operations, sales strategy or planning, sales analysis and the
hiring, and supervision of sales people. Sales management is the responsibility of sales force
leaders.

To continuously meet the sales targets, Courts Fiji develops its sales force and coaches its
representatives for effective deal making. The sales management process entails developing and
maintaining a program to support these results. Sales managers are experts in the tools, abilities,
and knowledge that enable them to maximize sales success. They also oversee the sales
management process. Sales managers make a commitment to improving their own profitability,

mechanical one, so making too many changes will simply make the salespeople confused and
inefficient.

It is important to respect the sales representatives time frequently. Courts to make a make a
continuing effort to relieve its reps of any tasks that are not related to selling. Encourage Team
appreciation rather than just numbers.

Gaining a significant client is more than just a personal accomplishment; it advances the Courts
