Forward Planning

1. Read through the Lesson Plan prepared for Sept 5 th Lesson.

This session went very well and the candidates were on task learning at all times.

2. Ensure that you have received the updated presentation On Well Control for Group as of Sunday
Monday 14th September and read through the material.
Mr. Arab – Wellwork Superintendent requested this. It is a good way to provide progressive
learning and will allow you to Present the Information in a Linear way, stopping through each
section to allow practice of using the manual, and checking for learning points.

3. Collect the name list and emails of candidates from Andy Chayne / Rory Paddon at the beginning
of the week and pass on name list to Training Supervisor.
This will allow Supervisor to setup the VR’s – it will also you to email the overview of the Tutorial
and Test Presentation.

4. Check Wellwork Execution Manual x 4 are available in the Conference Room (in the locker)
Notepads pencil and paper should also be present

5. Print out needed information from the Lesson Recording – Candidate Achievement
This will be kept as record to track candidates progress when answering questions.

6. Print out Test Paper – Rewritten – this will be used to check candidates progress in sections 4.6 /
4.7 Well Kill and Kill Fluids.

7. Set up computer in Conference Room on the day and facilitate the sessions.

8. Take regular breaks through Sessions – 1 / 2/ 3/ 4 / 5
