I am writing to inform you that I was very disappointed with the
nighttime turmoil in the area where I live. I can't sleep at night due to juvenile delinquency. Unfortunately, I have several complaints about this.
Judging by the fact that my sleep is disturbed, unknown teenagers
commit minor offenses in the form of loud music under the window, gambling, drunken driving, shouting obscenities, and drug-pedding. Our sleeping area is a place that is ideal for conversations in a relaxed atmosphere, cozy nights without worry. But unfortunately, underage teenagers violate the disorderly conduct of the sleeping area and now it is impossible to live here. Also, the neighbors noticed the burglary of houses and shoplifting near our house. So, I think it's a disorderly conduct.
I would like you to take into account my comments, and I expect a
reaction from the police officers of our district. I hope you will give this matter immediate attention. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
