3. Why do you prefer Facebook than other social media sites?
I prefer using it than others because more than 1 billion people around the world has Facebook
account. Specially in the Philippines who often using it.
4. What successful online business do you know who use Facebook as their platform?
I shop in their Facebook page like the brand Quielle who know selling handmade accessories. It`s
accessible because they provide actual pictures of their product before shipping it you.
5. What is the disadvantage of Facebook for you? As a Seller? As a Buyer?

The disadvantage of Facebook is what they called “bogus buyer” and fake sellers. Facebook don`t
have much time to check this little problem.

For me as a seller it`s really hard to find real customers who`s not just joking when it comes to
purchasing my product.

I don't use my marketplace in my Facebook app.
I am on the opinion that Facebook has a lot of benefits in behalf of sellers and buyers. I'll explain the
seller side first, since Facebook have a wide range of users, the virtual sellers can easily endorse and sell
their products to the costumers without exerting to much effort. On the other hand, consumers gaining
convenience in purchasing goods since they'll just scroll and look for the goods that they need. Also, the
payment and transaction between the both of them will be more convenient.
I use Facebook as dominant than the other social media sites because this is the first platform that is
introduced to me. Moreover, I observed that Facebook app covers all the features of all platforms that
people looking for.
As I noticed while I use my Facebook application, I think the best online business that I encounter is
selling overall accessories. Consider the example of accessories of gadgets, accessories of people etc.
because people used it in their everyday life.
As we all know, there are sellers that provide wrong information in their products that will lead to
the buyer to purchase a not quality goods. In addition, there are cases that scammer sellers who do not
give products that is ordered by their clients when they already received the payment. On the other
hand, there are also buyers that make fun of the sellers where they will order online and then they will
cancel it when the manufacturer already prepared it.

For me as a seller the disadvantage is to encounter a fake buyer. They will buy a bunch of your
product and get lose if the transaction is already plan. In short, some people making fun of your
business. While as a buyer the disadvantages is receiving a wrong item and not nice quality of product.

personal message and as a buyer it is also easy to just click pictures, tap to buy or add to cart and also
you can search the products you wanted to buy or chat the seller for more info's.
I prefer than other social media sites because all the tools used for posting, chats and settings are
so easy to find from other apps and it is used by a larger group of people.
Many to mention because I often follow different kinds of online business from arts, merchandise,
makeup to foods and many more.
The disadvantage of Facebook as both seller and buyer, there's a risk when you sell or buy online
because you wouldn't know if it's legit or not, if the products is really what the seller/buyer explained or
shown by the pictures. Since, in our world today money is efficient for living as it is used to buy
necessary things and food that's why people used any means to earn money may it be in a right way or
bad way.

What I know about being successful in business through the Facebook App is Tala by Kyla. Tala by
Kyla is recognized for developing designs that relate to her audience's interests, such as Disney
Princesses, Haikyu, K-drama and K-pop, astrology, and Barbie collections.
As a buyer, one of the disadvantages of Facebook marketplace for me is unlike other app there’s
people who use this to scam others.

If I were a seller, I think one advantage using the particular feature could be it promoting my
product in a wider scope of buyers/consumers. As a buyer however, I think it would give me another
