My job at the IT company

The aim of this report is to inform the manager of my opinion on my achievements in the job so
far, describe any problems I have encoutered during my first six months of work
experience.../working for your company. Then I try to express my suggestions about any future
training that would be suitable in helping me be more productive at my job./ increase the
efectiveness in achieving my day-to-day tasks...
Achievements in the job/ The working conditions
I am glad to report that I have become familiar and even fluent with all the equipment and
most of the software that is needed to do my job. After six months I no longer need the
assistance of my superiors and have become fully independent of their help. I have become
familiar with everyone in the office ( I really like the working atmosphere ...) and I have not
come across any conflicts.
Problems encountered
During these six months I have not had any altercation with my fellow coworkers and my
superiors have not been a source of stress but I have encountered problems with the hardware
we are using. The computers are obsoleted and are sluggish most of the time. I think this is a
major problem as it is affecting my productivity. My personal opinion is that an upgrade of the
hardware that is in use is highly needed. Moreovere, I've been involved only in small and easy
projects which demotivated me so far and I would like to express my willingnes in being
involved on bigger and more important projects...
Future training
I believe that a training programme for the new software that we just started using would help
me very much since it would reduce the time that I would need for getting accustomed with it.
In conclusion my experience with this job has been a pleasant one most of the times and I have
been inspired to work even harder for the future of this company but future trainings
programmes should be offered frequently to new employees...
