(a) Trainees will be enrolled on annual basis. Continuation of the temporary membership will be at the discretion of the Directors of CSC. (b) The tennis playing facility will be available from Monday to Saturday. Sunday will be observed as a holiday. Other holidays will be notified sufficiently in advance. Tennis coaching may also remain closed due to extreme bad weather conditions. (c) The annual subscription once paid is not refundable. (d) CSC reserves the right to close all courts in order to organize Tournaments/Coaching Camps. No refund will be payable on this account. (e) CSC will be the final authority for the allotment of temporary membership. (f) CSC is not liable for any mishaps or injuries to the trainees during any of its coaching programmes. Parents may ensure that their children are collected safely after the training programme is over. CSC will not be responsible for any lapse on the part of parents in this regard. (g) Tennis balls will be provided by the Cosmic Tennis. No ball boys will be provided. (h) Trainees must maintain discipline during the coaching programme. (i) Parents are requested not to disturb the coaching programme during the playing hours. They may however, consult the Chief Coach regarding their ward's progress after the playing hours (j) Parents may please ensure that children do not bring mobiles and other valuables during the coaching programme. CSC will not be responsible for any loss. (j) CSC reserves the right to close the tennis coaching programme, if need be at short notice. (k) CSC will strive to provide a minimum of one and half hour of coaching per session subject to weather. Timings Summer:-1st Session-4pm to5.30pm- 2nd Session-5.30 pm to 7pm Winter : 1st Session-3pm to 4.30pm-2nd Session-4.30 pm to 6pm Trainees must give their preference at the time of enrollment.
