Salwa : Customer Service Fitri : Customer

Salwa : Hello, Miss. How are you doing today?
Fitri : I'm good. Thank you for asking.
Salwa : What can I help you with, Miss?
Fitri : I would like to open a new bank account.
Salwa : What kind of account do you like to open?
Fitri : What account do you recommend?
Salwa : For standard using, we have two kinds of account: checking account and savings
account.
Fitri : Can you explain to me the plus and minus of them each?
Salwa : Checking account is a type of account where you can withdraw and deposit money.
You can do it in the teller, via cash machine, or the internet banking. Meanwhile,
savings account is the type of account which is not intended for daily use, unlike the
checking account. You have to save your money in the account for a certain time. Of
course, it might earn interest over time.
Fitri : I think I will open both of the accounts.
Salwa : Well, in order to open these two accounts, you need to deposit a minimum of
Rp100.000.
Fitri : I want to deposit Rp400.000.
Salwa : Alright. I will set up your accounts for you right now.
Fitri : Please make sure to put Rp200.000 in each account.
Salwa : That would be great. Now, May I borrow your ID? You can fill out this form here
while I’m them setting up.
Fitri : Here.
Salwa : Let me do that for you now.
Fitri : Great. OK!
