Third Person Singular
1. For verbs ending in –y, and before there’s a
vowel, you add “s” to form the third person

Example:
 play = plays
 stay = stays
 say = says

He stays at a hotel from Monday to Friday.
Third Person Singular
1. For verbs ending in –e, you add “s” to form

Examples:
 dance = dances
