HOW CAN I HELP
Have you ever been given a list of “eat this, not that?” Have you found that making drastic changes at
once are unmanageable and really don’t work for you in the long-term? Perhaps a friend of yours lost
weight through one particular diet, but when you tried it, the results were negligible?
This is where I come in. I can help you implement small changes, little by little, at a pace that’s
comfortable for you so you can meet all your health goals. We will work together to help you discover
your bio-individuality. There is definitely something out there that will work for you, the trick is
finding it.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase energy or just get healthy, I will take the time to listen to
your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling, and help you navigate the world of
contradictory nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works for your body.
Every other person is unique and very different. This is why I know that no one diet works for
everyone. I don’t promote one specific type of diet, or one specific way of eating. I am going to help
you experiment with discovering what will work for you specifically, and how you can change up your
diet and lifestyle as you continue to grow and make big strides forward.

My role as your health coach is to educate, empower, guide, and support you during your journey
towards a healthy lifestyle. Through my collaborative approach, we can discover the food and lifestyle
options that best support you. Making gradual yet lasting changes which will enable you to reach, and
more significantly, maintain, your current and future health goals. Rest assured that I am 100%
committed to your success!
I encourage you to utilize natural, real food and balanced way to deal with wellness to enable you
make an existence of greatest imperativeness. Utilizing nutrition and wellness, in light of logically
approved wellbeing standards, I will assist you to change your propensities into a way of life set apart
by quality and happiness. I will give you a protected place to examine the self-talk that is not serving
you well. I will be your team promoter and mentor en route. We are in this together!
HERE IS MY STORY
HOW DID A TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER END UP A HEALTH COACH AND WELLNESS
ENTREPRENEUR? HONESTLY THE ONLY EXPLANATION I HAVE IS THAT IT WAS ALL PART OF SOME
GRAND COSMIC PLAN, BECAUSE I CERTAINLY DIDN'T SEE IT COMING.
Working a full time talent acquisition partner in a large firm, I had no idea that health coaching was
even a thing. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, in 2014 that I realized
how important being educated about wellness was. Knowing that there was no medication for the
condition I had, with 50 pounds weight gain, I lost all motivation and drive to get out of bed to perform
even the simplest of tasks. I became a prisoner of my mental helplessness and continued to play victim
until one day I decided enough was enough.
I decided it was time. It was time to stop believing that the conventional medication were going to
become my savior. Instead of waiting for doctors to become my superheroes I decided to become
wonder woman myself. This drive and motivation led me to research about functional medicine and
functional doctors.
I closely started following top functional doctors, attending their seminars and webinars. I learned so
much about health and wellness in addition to everything I was learning about Hashimoto’s disease and
Hypothyroidism. This was when I found and began to learn from a great functional health doctor along
my journey.
With the help of correct tests, exceptional changes in my lifestyle and most importantly mindset, it did
not take long for me to regain my health and go into remission.
Today, I can proudly say that I am symptom free. Today I live to inspire
and help others successfully walk on the same paths I once walked on.
With all the numerous discoveries I made throughout the process, I didn’t feel justified working on my
job knowing that there were approximately 90-95% women who were diagnosed with Hypothyroidism.
90-95% women who didn’t know, just like me, how to deal with it. 90-95% women who fell into the
dark hole of depression, anxiety and self- pity I had crawled out of.
When I took up holistic coaching, I felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I felt as if a
second chance was given to me. I wanted to use this second chance to empower YOU take care of your
health! I’ll make sure YOU make yourself a priority. YOU take care of your health! YOU lead a happy,
healthy and stress free life!
No matter what your health condition might be, I believe, (you should too), that only you have the
power to definitely improve your health and live a healthier life than before. I’ve been there. I’ve seen
the struggle. But the end result, is worth the struggle, I promise! I will stand by you, supporting you on
every step of the way.
Now that I am a Holistic Health Coach, I feel so blessed to be able to affect the lives of so many
women. No matter what your health condition is, low energy, weight gain, Hashimoto’s or
Hypothyroidism, you must know that you can definitely improve your health and live a healthier
life. I have been there and I understand the struggle. There is hope and there is a way through. I
am here to come alongside you and offer you the support you need.

Do you want to know what is stopping you, putting you off or keeping you from your health care
goals? The one-on-one coaching experience is designed to convey an extremely high level of
accountability, support and the right system, so you settle on enabled choices and make a huge
leap towards accomplishing your objectives for your health care. Saying “yes” to this experience
means looking at yourself in a whole new way, physically, mentally, spiritually, and
energetically. This is the key to accomplishing all that you need.

We’ll have an in depth discussion about your health and wellness goals, where we both decide whether
or not we are a good fit for each other or not.
When we decide to work together, I will send you some forms to review your lifestyle, your diet and
where you are currently and where you would like to be. With all the information gathered from you, I
will then design a tailored health coaching plan customized to your needs. This will help you achieve
your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
During our first session I will give you a layout of your program with all of my recommendations. All of
the diet and lifestyle changes will be taken slowly so you can grasp every aspect of it and you do not
become overwhelmed. Each session will be 6o minutes long and will be done over Skype or the phone.
REMAINING SESSIONS
Every week new actions and commitments will be made for you to focus on while keeping track of the
old ones. I will provide all the support and guidance you might need. We will measure your progress
periodically.
FINAL SESSION
During the last session your progress over the period of the health coaching will be analyzed, and all
the necessary recommendations to keep you on the right track will be discussed. If you still think you
need more guidance or want continuous accountability, we can discuss 20-30 minutes Assessment
Sessions after the end of the 90 days program.
