EXT. Abandoned Oscorp Tower - Night - Light Snow

The Prowler is seen crawling up the side of the Oscorp Tower with a
bag. He crawls into the ventilation shaft then drops down into a lab.

He then runs to a vault and puts his bag down to get the tool he
needs to unlock the vault. inside is a bunch of tech stuff a
teleportation device is in there.

A spider labeled 42 is on the desk it crawls into The Prowler’s bag

The Prowler takes the Teleportation device and everything in the
vault has he leaves not knowing A spider is in his bag.

EXT. Brooklyn Streets - Day - Heavy Snow

Miles Morales, Jefferson Davis, And Rio Morales all walk.

Jefferson
This is a circus.

Rio
Stay focused, Honey.

Jefferson
I am all focused. it’s just a damn circus

You’re making Miles nervous.

Miles
I’m fine.

Rio grabs Miles' cheeks.

have a chance in that school we went to.

Listen to me... we had to fight. Boys shouldn’t have to fight the way
we had to. You shouldn’t have to see half the stuff we did. You--you
learn you study. And you make the world the way you want it to be,

Miles

Miles starts touching the Device.

Aaron

Miles picks up the Device as Aaron walks out the kitchen.

Aaron

Unc, you do know this is a Oscorp teleportation device right?

Miles grabs the Neurotransmitter that’s connected to the machine and

it makes a portal.

And look what else it can do.
 Miles breaks off a piece of the device and puts it on the couch the
piece zips back to the machine making it look good as new.

Aaron
Woah, Oscorp is working on some really futuristic stuff.

Miles
Yeah, Unc you mind if I keep this? Orientation at Brooklyn Visions is
in a couple days and I have to present something Scientific this
would be perfect for the presentation.

Aaron
Sure Kid, I don’t care.

Aaron hands Miles a popsicle and walks back in the kitchen. Miles
would then sit on the couch and eat his popsicle as the Spider crawls
out Aaron’s bag and bites Miles

Miles
AGH! What the--?!!

Miles falls down on the floor making a loud crash sound. Aaron runs
out of the kitchen.

Aaron
What the hell happened?!

Miles passes out.

INT. Uncle Aaron’s Apartment - Dusk - Two Hours later.

Miles would slowly open his eyes he then groans and sits on the couch

Oh thank god are you ok?

Miles
What happened?

Aaron
You fainted is what happened! I had to call your--
 Jefferson barges in

Jefferson
What the hell did you do!

Aaron

Jefferson runs to Miles

Jefferson

Miles

Jefferson stands up and looks at Aaron

Miles' eyes start to spark with small sparks of electricity.

Jefferson kneels down to talk to Miles again

Jefferson stands up and grabs Aaron by the shirt.

Aaron
He comes over here once a while to hang out with me!

fingers.

Jefferson

Aaron removes Jefferson’s hands off his shirt.

Jefferson runs out the front door.

Jefferson walks down the street looking for Miles.

INT. Train Car - Day

Miles would be asleep on the train. Thugs would be by him. A thug

would put a Cold Beer on his head Water would drip down.

Miles flips up, sticking to the ceiling of the train.

Miles drops down.

He touches a lady

Miles
I’m sorry I didn’t mean to spill that on you.

Thug
Aye.

Miles tried getting his hand off of her

Thug
get your hand off!

Miles
Im trying-
The thug pushes Miles and he rips off her top. Miles touches the pole
he tries getting his hand off it but he rips it out the ground

Thugs would try attacking Miles but he turns invisible and dodges
their attacks effortlessly.

Miles turns visible and he accidentally beats them up.

Miles looks at his hand terrified.

EXT. BROOKLYN STREET - DUSK - Heavy Snow

Miles races down the street. A phone RINGS.

MILES (V.O.)
Come on Ganke. Pick up. Pick up.

Ganke (PHONE MESSAGE)

--Yo, it’s Ganke. Hit you when I see your call. Peace.

His thoughts racing in V.O.:

MILES (V.O.)
No nononono. It's not possible–

--The THOUGHT BUBBLE “NO’S” FLY OFF BEHIND HIM–

MILES
It's just puberty, I wasn’t just invisible I'm day dreaming–

--SCREEEEEEEEECCCHHH!!!! Miles races into the path of an ONCOMING

CAR, but reflexes kick in and he VAULTS over it -- an INSANE
SUPER-HEROIC leap that lands him twenty feet away. AMAZED PASSERSBY
CHEER.

Civilian #3
Hey, kid you shouldn’t be running in the street.
 Miles disappears into thin air.

A crowd of people come

Oh shit, He’s gone!

EXT. Alleyway - Dusk - Heavy Snow

Miles
This isn’t happening. Please tell me this isn’t happening. How is
this happening?

EXT. Brooklyn Streets - Dusk - Heavy Snow

Hipsters are talking on the stairs. As Miles walks down the street
with his backpack.

Hipster #1
And I said to her that her friend was a big fat pig and what does
that have to do with me?

Hipster #2
You didn’t say any damn thing.

Hipster #1
Ask her.

Hipster #3
I’m hungry.

Hipster #4

Hipster 1 stops Miles as he is walking

He starts grabbing on Miles’ bag

Miles tries stopping him.

Hipster #1 grabs Miles by the throat.

Miles pushes the hipster away from him Producing a venom shock that
sends the thug to the floor knocking him out.

Miles runs away, more freaked out than ever.

INT. Ganke’s Room - Dusk

Ganke Lee plays with his Avengers LEGO set. Then Miles barges in his
room scaring Ganke, making him break some pieces off the set.

I need you, Ganke. I need your big brain.

Ganke
Just let me finish this one la-

Miles
I need you to come back to real life and I need you to help me.

Ganke
What’s going on?

Miles
What I’m about to say and show you can never be talked about outside
this room.

Jefferson and Miles walk.

Miles and Jefferson walk to the bench and sit down.

Miles

You looked like you were gonna hit Uncle Aaron.
 Jefferson

Miles
He’s my uncle. He’s my family. We really don’t have that big a family

Jefferson
There is a reason we don’t go over to Uncle Aaron’s

Miles

Well you're half right. We don’t go over there because your uncle,
though he may seem like a great guy--He’s not. I’m not saying this
because I’m mad at him...I’m saying this because...he is a thief.

knew this day would come though. I was hoping he’d be in jail by the
time you were old enough to understand.

Listen, I love him. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him...but at
the same time I can’t have a man who doesn’t know the difference
between right and wrong. And he really doesn’t know the difference. I
can’t have a man like that around my son.

Miles

Jefferson
I mean when we were younger he saved my life. But that doesn’t mean-

Jefferson sighs, rubbing his eyes. As Miles’ jaw drops

coming our way. Not saying that we didn’t get other
opportunities...I’m just saying we couldn’t see them. Once we got
older I could see them. I could see meeting someone like your mother.
I could see having a kid just like you. I could see real life. I
could see it and I knew that I had to do everything I could to make
it happen. And it has. You, your mother, your new school...It’s all
happened. But your Uncle never got past that place. Do you
understand?

Miles
yeah, but dad you should’ve told me about him. How could I have known

Jefferson

Jefferson slouches.

Miles

Probably. I don’t know what he does or who he works with. I just know
enough to know we don’t need that in our lives.

Miles

about things that were bothering you. And for whatever reason you
didn’t think you could come to me. I can’t make you want to come to
me but I can tell you: you can. There is nothing in this world that
you can’t tell me there’s nothing I won’t-

Miles looks in the sky noticing something

The Human Torch and Iceman fly past the park.

Jefferson

You think that after all the city has had to deal with, they would
round up these mutants and let us live our lives like normal human
beings.

Miles

Miles

Jefferson

Miles smiles.

INT. Miles’ Room - Night

TIME LAPSE: As the moon rises, Miles shifts positions. It’s a

restless sleep, Miles starts to sweat. Miles wakes up when he hears
the phone get a notification. Miles open the text.

Ganke (Text)
You’re not a mutant. U have chameleon like powers like some spiders
do and u have a venom blast like some spiders

Miles reaches out to the wall and as his fingers draw close.

WE GO IN SUPERSIGHT ON HIS FINGERTIPS.

As tiny microscopic hairs leap out of his pores and cling to the
wall.

Slowly, tentatively, Miles begins to walk up the wall, his hands

clinging like suction cups.

Miles is hanging from the top of the ceiling.

MILES
(pure panic)
How could there be two Spider-Men? There can’t be two Spider-Men.
(V.O.)

Ganke backs up and runs into the door. The door doesn’t break but
ganke hurts his arm and falls to the floor.

(Holding back tears)

Miles Venom punches the door, sending it flying.

Ganke stands up.

INT. Uncle Aaron’s Apartment - Same Time (Day)

Miles and Ganke notice there is no furniture in the apartment

(Confused as hell)

Ganke and Miles walk down the street

EXT. Different Brooklyn Street - Light Snow - Morning

Ganke
Miles is your head ringing Spider - Man said in an interview that he
had a sense that alerted him of danger!

Miles turns the corner he searches, on alert. What is he sensing?

Where is the threat? Fire trucks drive past with their sirens on.

Miles
Follow the fire trucks!

Ganke and Miles run down the street following the fire trucks.

EXT. Outside Burning Building - Light Snow - Morning

Miles and Ganke look up at a burning building. A girl peaks her head
out a window

Girl
Someone help!

Ganke
Dude you can help her!

Miles
But, everyone will see me.

Ganke
Who cares?

Miles venom jumps into the air and then he venom jumps again to stick
to the wall.

Fire Fighter #1
Holy crap is that kid sticking to the wall?!
 Ganke taps on the Fight Fighter

Ganke
(Smiling hard)
That’s my best friend.

Miles climbs up 3 stories to the window where The girl is picking her
head out the window.

Miles
Uh, hey girl take my hand!

Girl
Thank you sir I would he screwed without yo-

Miles' spider sense starts going off like crazy.

Miles
Agh!

An explosion in the building sends the girl flying out the window
falling down.

Miles
Noted the ringing sound means danger

Miles jumps down, falling after the girl.

Miles catches the girl in mid air he holds her in his arms then
strikes a superhero pose as he lands.

Miles puts the girl down on the street. A crowd of Poproxi try to see
Miles’ face but him and Ganke run away

I can see from the look on your eyes how excited you are. And I know
that for some of you this is your first night away from home. And
some of you are scared. Just wanna tell you guys that you have
nothing to fear. This is your kingdom.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm Room - Day

Brooklyn Visions Presenter (V.O)

But you get to go see your family whenever you want on the weekend
you don’t have to go but you can, and trust me, in just a couple days
you will be fully integrated into this new lifestyle of yours.

Miles and Ganke set up their Dorm room when there is a knock on the
door. Ganke opens it

Judge
Uh, sup they said this was my dorm too.

Ganke
Welcome.

Judge
I’m Judge.

Ganke
Ganke. That’s Miles. If you wanted top bunk you should’ve came
earlier.

Judge
It’s cool chief.

Ganke
I like this guy. Easy going.

Judge
You guys seem normal. Huge relief.

Ganke
What are your opinions on legos?

Judge
Legos are dope.
 Ganke
I really like this guy!

INT. Brooklyn Visions Classroom - Day

Professor Ohn
Hello, Children, I'm your teacher Professor Dr. Robert Ohn. I know
the school recommends this as the easiest class in the entire school
but it’s not. You can and will be kicked out of this class. How you
may ask? What scientific device you show at the presentation in 2
days determines whether or not you stay in this class.

Miles (V.O)
This teacher seems tough. Good thing I still got that teleportation
device.

INT. Brooklyn Visions - Night - Moments Later

Miles, Ganke, and Judge all sleep when the Principal of the school
barges in the dorm

Principal
Everybody out of bed there is an emergency!

Judge
(Rubbing his eyes)
Is there a fire?

Principal
Leave your stuff and follow everyone into the gymnasium! Let's go get
up!

INT. Brooklyn Visions Gymnasium

Teacher
Ok, ok everyone. Calm down. Everything is going to be ok. We have a
city mandated regulation emergency everytime there is any sort of
unusual superpowered activity.

Bruce Harrison
What’s going on?
 Teacher
We don’t have all the information but there is some sort of battle on
the Queensboro bridge. The news has reported that there have been
some fatalities.

Judge
This is going on right now?

Teacher
Everything is going to be ok.

Ganke
Who got hurt?

Teacher
Again, I don’t know all the information but supposedly...Spider - Man
got shot.

Miles' jaw drops. And students start to scream

Teacher
Please, please...everybody calm down. Everything is going to be ok.

Ganke
You said Spider - Man was shot and the city’s gone crazy! How is that
ok!

Teacher
I told you we don’t have all the information, Ganke. I told you what
is on the news.

Student #1
Can I call my mom?

Teacher
We are already in the process of calling all of your parents.

Miles
(Whisper to Ganke)
Cover for me?

Ganke
What?

Miles
 Ganke, just please. Cover.

Ganke
Cover? What are you going to do?

Miles looks determined.

EXT. NEW YORK ROOFTOP - MOMENTS LATER - HEAVY SNOW - Night

Miles flips and rolls across a snowy roof. He stops and perches on
the edge of the roof.

Miles
Where is it happening?

An explosion goes off in the distance. Miles jumps off the building
and leaps over other buildings.

INT. Condo Building - Night

Goblin PUNCHES Peter in the chest. Peter goes flying down the
hallway, but recovers and CHARGES! He jumps on top of Goblin.
Brutally PUNCHING, not holding back.

Goblin smiles at Peter taking punch after punch. He LAUGHS

maniacally.
Goblin effortlessly SMASHES Peter through the floor into the hallway
below.

PETER’S POV: Green Goblin looks down at him through the hole in the
floor, then disappears. Where is he going?

Peter struggles to his feet, hobbles towards a window, and WEBS it

open. He’s blinded by the helicopter’s LIGHTS.

EXT. CONDO BUILDING - CONTINUOUS (NIGHT)

Peter climbs up the wall to the floor above. He stops to catch his
breath, looking down at all the damage below.
 ROAR! Goblin LEAPS onto Peter from above. They tumble down the side
of the building.

Goblin clutches Peter by the throat--

Goblin
I told you there’d be consequences!

--And HURLS him down to the street.

EXT. Streets - Night - CONTINUOUS (NIGHT)

Peter crashes down into the street. Goblin comes flying down, grabs
him by the hands and slams him down again again and again.

Miles lands just watching the battle. Peter webs Goblin’s face making
Goblin drop Peter. Goblin rips the Webs off

Goblin
I will destroy everything you love!!

Peter
Could you do it--

Peter webs a fire hydrant swings around and it hits his goblin in the
face sending him flying into a truck making the truck explode.

Peter
--Quietly!

The crowd of people clap for Peter. May stumbles through the smoke.
Finds Peter and hugs him tightly

May
Uncle Ben would be proud Peter.

PETER
...Yeah, I know.

MAY
Let’s get the hell... out of here.
 Peter
Let me just... catch my...

May notices something on her hands -- Peter’s BLOOD. Peter drops to

the ground.

May leans over a fallen Peter.

May
What happened? Are you okay?

Peter
I’m okay.

May
Yeah, you’re okay. What happened?

Peter
...Just have to... just catch my
breath.

May
Okay, well catch your breath. I’m
right here. We’re gonna take our time, you catch your breath, and
then we’ll take you to a doctor, okay?

May looks at Peter’s side, holds up her hand -- it’s covered in his
blood. Her face falls.

Peter
Are you okay?

May calls out, frantic:

May
Somebody help! I need an
ambulance, please! Somebody!

Peter
What happened?

May turns back to Peter, holds his face in his hands.

 May
Nothing happened. You’re okay.
You’re okay...

Peter
I just... need to catch my
breath...

May
I’m right here. I’m right here...
we’re okay. Just me and you.

Peter’s breaths slow. His eyes glaze over. He falls still.

May (CONT'D)
Peter? ...Peter? Will you look at me, Peter? Please?
(gently shakes him)
Peter? ...Peter? What are you doing, Peter? Please, will you just
wake up and talk to me? Please?

Trembling with grief, May whispers to Peter:

May
It’s just me and you, okay? It’s
just me and you.

She kisses his forehead.

May (CONT'D)
Oh Peter, I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.
I’m so so so sorry.

SCREECH! A car screams to a halt in, in between Peter and the

incoming Crowd of People. Reveal MJ in the driver’s seat. She turns,
spots May and a fallen Peter. May looks up–-Spots MJ in her car. They
lock eyes. Instantly, MJ knows. Her heart breaking. She gets out of
the car and runs to May. She gets on her knees and cries with May.

People start to cry in the crowd. Miles makes his way through the
crowd and approaches MJ.

Miles
 What was his name?

MJ
Peter. Peter Parker.

Miles looks at Peter’s dead body. HOLD ON Peter, lying on the street,
as a single tear falls down his cheek.

EXT. NEW YORK CITY - INTERCUT

Rio and Jefferson watch the news.

NEWS ANCHOR #2 (V.O.)

We interrupt this broadcast for a special report. Sad news tonight.
The hero known as Spider-Man has died after a battle with the Green
Goblin.

Over a montage of people around the city finding out Spider- Man
died, we hear...

NEWS ANCHOR #2 (V.O.)

Multiple sources are confirming that Peter Parker, a 26 year old grad
student and part time photographer, operated as Spider- Man for at
least a year, saving by some counts thousands of lives around the
world. With these tragic seismic events on the rise, one can only
wonder, is there anyone who can keep New York safe? People look at
cell phones in Times Square.

MULTIPLE NEWS ANCHORS (V.O.)

Peter Parker, Spider-Man, is dead. / He is survived by his wife Mary
Jane and his aunt, May Parker. / Our hero Spider-Man is gone.

EXT. ELECTRONICS STORE - DAY - Heavy Snow

Miles stands in front of a TV display at a store window. All the TVS

are playing the news about Spider-Man’s death. Miles looks at the
TVs, his reflection appearing between photos of Spider-Man and Peter
Parker.

MJ (V.O.)
 My boyfriend Peter Parker was an ordinary person. He always said it
could have been anyone behind the mask. He was just the kid who
happened to get bit.

INT. STAN’S COSTUME STORE - DAY

Miles looks at a Spider-Man costume, deciding. Then BUYS IT from a

COMIC BOOK OWNER who looks A LOT LIKE...Stan Lee

Stan Lee
I’m going to miss him.

MILES
Yeah.

STORE OWNER
We were friends, you know.

MILES
Can I return it if it doesn’t fit?

STORE OWNER
It always fits. Eventually.

Beat. Stan head tilts to a sign: NO RETURNS. He smiles.

INT. BATHROOM - Day

Miles puts the costume on and stares at himself in the mirror.

MJ (V.O.)
He didn’t ask for his powers. But he chose to be Spider-Man.

Miles experiments, crouching in a classic Spider-Man pose. He relaxes

then quickly tries another pose.

EXT. CATHEDRAL - DAY - Light Snow

Miles walks in a sea of well wishers in full costume, many also in

Spider-Man costumes, homemade and store bought.

MJ
My favorite thing about Peter is
that he made us each feel powerful. We all have powers of one kind or
another. But in our own way, we are all Spider-man. And we’re all
counting on you.

MILES
(to himself)
They’re counting on me.

FUNERAL ATTENDEE
(whispers to Miles)
Probably not you specifically. I think it’s a metaphor.

Miles sighs.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Day

Miles sits on the wall with his face in his hands. Ganke watches the
news about Spider - Man’s death

Ganke
You were there? You saw it?

Ganke (CONT’D)
What did you see? Miles?

Miles
This was my fault.

Ganke
What?

Miles
Instead of being a coward.

Ganke
How is this in anyway you-

Miles
I could’ve helped stop this. If I would’ve used my powers when I
first got them--Like I was supposed to--Like you told me to--If I
wouldn’t have been hiding in this room...then by now my whole life
would’ve been different.
 Miles (CONT’D)
I-I would’ve met Spider - Man. I would’ve been in a loop.

Ganke
A loop?

Miles
I would’ve known what was going on and I would’ve been able to help.

Ganke
Maybe-

Miles
YES! I would’ve been the extra something that could’ve stopped this.

Ganke
Maybe. Or maybe you would’ve died too.

Miles
I was given these powers for a reason.

Ganke
You’re destined to be Spider - Man.

Judge walks in.

Judge
Yo, guys y’all down to head to the Spider - Man funeral?

Ganke looks at Miles. Judge notices this

Judge
What?

Miles
Yeah we’ll go.

EXT. CATHEDRAL - DAY - Heavy Snow

A crowd of People line up trying to talk to Aunt May and MJ about

Peter. Miles gets MJ’s attention and starts to talk to her.

Miles
 Why’d he do it?

MJ
Do what?

Miles
Why’d Peter become Spider - Man?

MJ
Because his Uncle, the guy who raised him, died, Peter thought he
died because even though he had these powers he didn’t do anything to
help. And his Uncle told him something.

Miles
What did he tell him?

MJ
With great power there must also come great responsibility.

Miles looks serious, he knows what he has to do.

INT. Miles’ Room - Night

Montage: Miles and Ganke making web shooters showing trial and error
until Miles final gets them correct

INT. Brooklyn Visions - Dorm - Day

Ganke sits at his desk making something.

Miles
What you making over there?

Ganke
A suit for you.

Miles
Oh, dope.

Ganke
And...DONE!

Ganke hands Miles the suit. It's just red and blue sweatpants.
 Ganke (CONT’D)
Put it on.

Miles walks in the bathroom. He walks out in the suit.

Spider - Man
Suit’s a little tight.

Ganke
You’ll get used to it.

Spider - Man
So, what now?

Ganke
Put these on.

Ganke tosses Miles some lenses.

Spider - Man
What are these?

Ganke
Just lenses. They let me see what you see and you can scan people
with that.

Spider - Man
COOL!

Ganke tosses Miles a small ear piece.

Ganke
Put that in your ear. It’ll tell you what crimes are going on.

Spider - Man
You’re a lifesaver.

Spider - Man jumps out the window singing away.

Ganke
Go to be a hero.

INT. BUILDING - DAY

Miles RUNS UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, eyes determined. He BURSTS THROUGH
A DOOR AND onto–-

EXT. ROOF - DAY - Heavy Snow

Miles walks to the edge, looks DOWN and then ACROSS to the
neighboring roof, calculating the jump.
He BACKS UP. Cracks his neck. Waits there. As the MUSIC CRESCENDOES–-

INT. BUILDING - DAY

Miles RUNS DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS.

EXT. Brooklyn Streets - DAY

Miles, disappointed in himself for chickening out, eyes a SHORTER

BUILDING.

INT. BUILDING - DAY

Miles RUNS UP ANOTHER FLIGHT OF STAIRS.

EXT. ROOF - DAY - Heavy Snow

Miles perches on the building listening to the radio on his phone

waiting to hear something when–-

PRECINCT VOICE #1 (OVER PHONE)

4-3 Edward, the kangaroo is robbing the Trust Us Bank backup needed.

PRECINCT VOICE #2 (OVER PHONE)

Uh, Copy reinforcements on the way.

Spider - Man puts his phone in his pocket

Miles runs to the edge of the roof, the wind buffeting... and LEAPS!
The camera is UPSIDE DOWN. Miles isn't falling through frame. He's
RISING.

Miles is OUT OF CONTROL, flailing. Miles shoots a web upwards between

his legs...The webbing STICKS to a building…
Miles BEGINS TO SWING. He moves with purpose through New York, slides
between taxis, across windows–-

He swings up and lands on top of a building.

EXT. NEW YORK ROOFTOP - MOMENTS LATER (NIGHT)

Spider - Man flips and rolls across a snowy roof. Spider - Man leaps
across buildings.

EXT. Outside Trust Us Bank - Day - Light Snow

He lands in front of the Bank. The Kangaroo jumps out the bank and
stops when He sees Spider - Man

Kangaroo
I thought you bit the Dust.

Spider - Man
Oh, I’m not the same person.

Kangaroo
New spidey, interesting.

Spider - Man
I can’t tell if that was a compliment or not so...

Spider - Man charges at the kangaroo as he leaves frame crashing

Ganke reads An article dissing Miles telling us he lost the fight

with kangaroo. As Miles sits unmasked disappointed he lost

Wow, the bugle is really ripping on you.

Miles
Really?

Ganke
Uh, really. I thought they loved Spidey.

Miles
I just thought I’d get a chance to-

There is a knock at the door.

Ganke
Uh oh.

There is another knock

Judge
Guys!

Judge (CONT’D)
Guys why is the door locked? Hello? I heard you guys in there!

Ganke opens the door

Ganke
Sorry about that.

Judge
Why did you lock the door?

Ganke
I didn't, it must've locked itself.

Judge
Can I come into my room?
 Ganke
Hey I forgot to ask you did you do the homework-

Judge
Let me in!

A school guard walks up to Judge

Guard
What’s going on?

Ganke
Nothing It’s j-

The guard barges in

Guard
You don’t lock the doors.

Ganke
I didn’t it lock it-

Guard
I mean it.

Ganke
Sir, yes sir.

Guard walks farther in the room observing it.

Guard
(to Miles)
What’s going on here?

Miles
Reading. Why wassssup?

Guard
The door doesn’t lock. It’s against school rules and a fire hazard.

Miles
Our bad.

Guard
Anyways the school presentation is in a couple hours. You guys should
get dressed and head to the sister building across the street.

Ganke
Yes Sir.

The Guard walks out.

Judge walks over to Miles

Judge
You good?

Miles
Yeah.

Judge
Alright. I’m gonna change.

Judge walks into the restroom.

Miles
That was close.

Miles takes his suit off revealing he has normal clothes under it.

Miles
Let’s go to the presentation.

INT. Presentation Room - Night

Miles, Jefferson, Rio, Ganke, and Judge all walk down a hallway.

Jefferson
Wow, a lot of sweet tech here today.

Rio
How are you feeling, Miles?

Miles
Mom, don’t worry I’m fine, it takes a lot more than this to rattle
me.

Ganke
Yep, he's nervous.
 Jefferson
You have nothing to fear.

Rio
He's so tense.

Miles
No, I'm not.

Judge
Relax, Miles. What you're going to present is amazing.

Miles
I'm fine!

Judge
What do you need, little man? Deodorant? Breath mint? Fresh pair of
underpants?

Rio
Underpants?

Judge
Hey, I come prepared.

Ganke
I haven't done laundry in six months. One pair lasts me four days. I
go front, I go back, I go inside-out. Then I go front and back.

Miles
Wow. That is both disgusting and awesome.

Judge
Don't encourage him.

Ganke
It's called "recycling."

Ganke
Oh, yeah. This is it.
 Miles
I guess I'm up.

Rio
Okay, photo, photo! Everybody say, "Miles."

Rio, Judge, Jefferson, and Ganke

Miles!

Rio
We love you, Miles. Good luck!

Judge
Don't mess it up.

Jefferson
Break a leg, little man.

Ganke
Science, yeah!

Jefferson walks up to Miles

Jefferson
All right, son. This is it.

Jefferson puts his hand up for a high five.

Jefferson (CONT’D)
Come on. Don't leave me hanging. What's going on?

Miles
I really want to stay in Ohn’s class.

Jefferson
Hey. You got this. Get up there and blow that Professor away.

Miles slowly walks up on the stage. He then grabs the mic.

Miles
My name is Miles...

The Mic rings out

Miles (CONT’D)
 Sorry.

Miles (CONT’D)
My name is Miles Morales, and my Uncle gave me something to present.
That I think is pretty cool. I hope you like it.

Miles digs in his jacket pocket and digs out a small piece of the
device.

Miles (CONT’D)
This is a teleportation device.

Miles suddenly stops out of fear.

Jefferson
Breathe.

Miles
It doesn't look like much, but when it links up with the rest of its
pals...things get a little more interesting.

Miles (CONT’D)
The portals are controlled with this neural transmitter. I think
where I want the portal to pop up...And there it is.

Miles (CONT’D)
The applications for this tech are limitless. Construction.

Miles makes a portal and it makes a small piece of a wall in the

building appear on stage.

Professor Ohn is blown away.

Miles (CONT’D)
What used to take teams of people working by hand for months or
years, can now be accomplished by one person. And that's just the
beginning.

Miles (CONT’D)
How about transportation?

Wilson Fisk is intrigued by the device and walks closer to see.

Miles makes a portal underneath him and it leads him to

The ceiling.
 Miles
The device can move anything anywhere, with ease. If you can think
it, the teleportation device an do it. The only limit is your
imagination.

Miles lands back on the stage.

Miles makes the portal and takes a bunch of stuff making a giant
model of the device.

Miles
Teleportation!

The audience claps

Rio
That's my son! My family! I love my family!

Miles
Nailed it!

Jefferson
You did it!

Judge
Not bad!

Ganke
Yeah! You just blew my mind, dude!

Jefferson
They loved you. That was amazing!

Wilson Fisk walks up to Miles.

Fisk
Yes. With some development, your tech could be revolutionary.

Miles
Wilson Fisk!

Fisk reaches his hand out

Fisk
 May I?

Miles hands Fisk the teleportation device.

Fisk (CONT’D)
Extraordinary. I want this device at alechmax.

Miles
No way!

Professor Ohn walks up to Miles

Ohn
Mr. Fisk is right. Your teleportation device is an inspired piece of
tech. You can continue to develop it, or you can sell them to a man
who's only guided by his own self-interest.

Fisk
Robert, I know how you feel about me, but it shouldn't affect-

Ohn
This is your decision, Hiro. But you should know Mr. Fisk has cut
corners and ignored sound science to get where he is.

Fisk
That's just not true.

Ohn
I wouldn't trust alchemax with your device, or anything else.

Fisk
Miles, I'm offering you more money than any person could imagine.

Miles
I appreciate the offer, Mr. Fisk, but it’s not for sale.

Fisk
I thought you were smarter than that.

Fisk fixes his jacket

Fisk
Robert.

Fisk walks off with Miles’ Teleportation Device.

 Jefferson
Mr. Fisk. That's my sons.

Fisk
Oh, That's right.

Fisk tosses Miles The Device and walks off

Ohn hands Miles an envelope.

Ohn
I look forward to seeing you in class.

EXT. Outside Presentation Room - Night - Heavy Snow

Judge
That's what I'm talking about.

Rio
All right, geniuses, let's feed those hungry brains. Let’s get some
food! Dinner is on me!

Ganke
Yes! Nothing is better than free food!

Jefferson
Rio, We'll... we'll catch up, okay?

Rio
Sure.
(To Miles)
I'm so proud of you.

Miles and Jefferson Walk until they end up at a park a couple blocks
away from the Sister School.

EXT. Park - Night - Heavy Snow

Miles
I know what you're going to say.
(Mocking his Father)
"I should be proud of myself, because I'm finally using my gift for
something important."
 Jefferson
No, no. I was just gonna tell you your fly was down for the whole
show.

Miles
Ha-ha-hilarious.

Miles looks down at his pants and see his fly really was down

Miles (CONT’D)
What?!

Miles hits his dad playfully. Jefferson laughs.

Jefferson
But I did say something like that in the voicemail.

Miles
What voicemail?

Jefferson
The one I sent you. You didn’t listen to it?

Miles
Nah.

Jefferson
Listen to it when you get the time.

Miles
Alright.

Jefferson
Have fun at the nerd school, nerd.

Miles
Hey, I, uh...I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you. So, you know,
thanks for not giving up on me.

Miles' spider sense goes off.

Miles and Jefferson hear fire alarms. they both run back to the
sister school

EXT. Outside the Presentation Room - Night - Heavy Snow

 The entire building is on fire as people limp out of the building.
Jefferson runs to one lady who is having trouble standing.

Jefferson
Are you okay?!

Lady
Yeah. I'm okay. But Professor Ohn is still in there.

The lady runs away.

Jefferson gets ready to run into the building but Miles grabs his arm
stopping him.

Miles
Dad, no!

Jefferson looks at the building then looks back at Miles

Jefferson
Ohn’s still in there. Someone has to help.

Jefferson runs into the building.

Miles’ Spider Sense Starts ringing louder and louder until-

The entire building explodes, sending Miles flying back. Miles gets
up and looks at the building knowing no one could have survived that.

Miles
Dad! Dad!

Fade Out:

EXT. Cemetery - Day - Heavy Rain

Jefferson and Professor Ohn’s Funeral are being held at the same
place people leave.

INT. Rio’s House - Day - Gloomy

 People are at Rio’s house eating, crying, and sobbing.

Rio, Ganke, And Judge talk the audio is muffled but we can hear part
of what Rio is saying

Rio
It’s not me I’m worried about, it's Miles.

We pan out to see Miles sitting on the stairs. He gets up slowly and
walks to his room.

INT. Miles’ Room - Day - Gloomy

Miles gets his Phone out and starts to listen to his Father’s
voicemail.

Jeferson (Over Phone)

Miles, I know things have been difficult lately... and I'm sorry
about that. I think I know what you're feeling ev-

Miles turns off his Phone, stopping the voicemail because listening
to his Father’s voice crushes him inside.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Day

Miles wakes up and sees Ganke and Judge gone he gets out of bed and
gets on his Laptop he sees a notification and clicks on it

Ganke and Judge

Hey, Miles.

Judge
We just wanted to check in, and see how you're doing. We wish you
were here, buddy.

Ganke
If I could have only one superpower right now, it would be the
ability to crawl through this camera, and give you a big hug i-

Miles turns off his computer and starts walking back to bed when he
trips on one of Ganke’s action figures he falls and lands on the
floor he hears robotic noise in his jacket under the bed.
He grabs his hoodie from the night of the presentation he digs in it
and sees the device trying to movez

Ganke walks in the room.

Ganke
Yo, Miles what’s up.

Miles
Nothing, I’m just confused...

Ganke
What’s good?

Miles walks to his desk and grabs a jar and puts the piece in it.

Miles
Remember my teleportation device that I presented?

Ganke
Yeah?

Miles
The thing is attracted to the other pieces of the teleportation
device, but that's impossible. They were destroyed in the fire.

Miles sets the jar on the desk and sits down.

Miles (CONT’D)
Dumb thing's broken.

Ganke grabs the jar.

Ganke
Man, it looks like it’s trying to go somewhere.

Miles
(Sarcastically)
Oh, yeah? Why don't you, uh, find out where it's trying to go?

Ganke
Would that make you feel better?

Miles
(Not paying attention)
 Uh-huh. Absolutely.

Miles hears the door open. Miles looks around the room.

Miles
Ganke?

Miles, as Spider-Man DROPS FROM THE LADDER -- LEAPING FROM THE FIRE
ESCAPE TO A ROOFTOP.

EXT. BROOKLYN STREETS - Day - Heavy Snow

Ganke walks in the middle of traffic, Miles follows Ganke from

rooftops, watching where Ganke goes.

EXT. Outside Dock’s Warehouse - Day - Heavy Snow

Ganke stops at the door of the warehouse looking the building up and
down. Miles then lands behind Ganke

Spider - Man
Ganke! Are you crazy? What are you doing?

Miles takes the Jar.

Ganke
I found where the piece wants to go.

Spider - Man
I told you, it's broken. It's not trying to go any-

Miles looks at the Jar and it really is trying to go somewhere. Miles

grabs the lock on the warehouse door.
 Spider - Man
Damn it, locked.

Ganke
(Pointing)
Yo, that window.

INT. Dock’s Warehouse - Day

Miles climbs in and then pulls Ganke in. They stand on the railings
above. They jump down to the floor.

Ganke
We gotta explore this place man.

Spider - Man
You’re right, I’ll go that way you go that way.

Ganke
Alright, stay safe man.

Spider - Man
You too.

They both walk separate ways.

Miles walks into a different part of the warehouse and sees

construction of a modified teleportation device.

Miles looks at it.

Spider - Man
My teleportation device? Someone's making more...

Miles looks at a map targeting some buildings that Wilson Fisk owns
with a bird like symbol in the center.

A HAND clamps Miles’ shoulder--

Miles SCREAMS, whips around–-

Reveal Ganke.

Spider - Man
Dude, You gave me a heart attack!
 Ganke
My bad b-

Miles’ Spider Sense goes off. As a portal forms in the middle of the
and a man in a scary White suit covered in black spots jumps out.

Ganke (CONT’D)
Oh hell no!

Spider - Man
Run!

Ganke and Miles run back to the door.

Ganke
Miles, kick it down!

Miles kicks the door but it doesn’t budge.

Ganke (CONT’D)
Then venom punch it!

Miles venom punches the door but it still doesn’t budge.

Ganke groans out of frustration.

The Man in the spotted suit portals right behind them and tries to
grab them but they duck and run to the side but Miles is far ahead of
Ganke because Ganke is running slow.

Spider - Man
Ganke, Man come on!

Ganke
I’m not fast.

Miles grabs Ganke and starts to run with him.

Spider - Man
Yeah, no kidding!

The Spot portals right in front of them and slowly walks to them.
 They back up out of fear but they fall into a floor ventilation
shaft.

Ganke
Miles, crawl!

They crawl down the floor vent but a portal is formed underneath them
making them fall back onto the railings.

The Spot runs to them.

Spider - Man
Through the window!

They run to the window but The Spot grabs Miles. Miles venom strikes
the Spot, sending him flying back.

Spider - Man and Ganke jump out the video running away.

Ganke
Let’s get out of here!

INT. Police Station - Day

Cop
All right, let me get this straight. A man in a polka dot suit
attacked you, with an army of portals.

Miles
Yeah. He was controlling them telepathically with a neurocranial
transmitter.

Cop
So, Mr Polkadot Man was using ESP to attack you and your friend. Did
you file a report when your portal machine was stolen?

Miles
No. I thought it was destroyed. Look, I know it sounds crazy, but
ask Ganke he was there tox

Ganke
We’re telling the trut-

Cop
 Alright, Kids let’s just call your parents and inform them that you
were attacked by a polka dot man.

The cop reaches for the phone but when he looks up Ganke and Miles
are gone.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Day

Miles and Ganke Sit in the dorm room. Miles sits at his desk about to
delete his father’s voicemail but he can’t do it.

Ganke
Sorry about your Dad man and the Fire.

Miles
It alright man it was an accident.

Miles looks at the piece of the device in the jar.

Miles (CONT’D)
Unless... Unless it wasn't. At the showcase, that guy in the suit
stole my teleportation. And... And then set the fire to cover his
tracks.

Miles slams his hands on his desk.

Miles (CONT’D)
He's responsible for My dad. We gotta catch that guy.

EXT. Rooftop - Night - Light Snow

Miles perches on the building in a new homemade suit. Miles looks at

the jar and swings.

EXT. Alleyway - Night - Light Snow

Miles lands in an alleyway a few blocks away from the warehouse by

the docks. He starts to walk to the warehouse. A car is following
Miles.

EXT. Outside Docks Warehouse - Night - Light Snow

Miles Venom Punches the door multiple times sending it flying; he

then sees the warehouse is now empty. Miles follows the piece and it
 leads him to the dock he stops when he realizes the piece is trying
to lead into the ocean. The piece breaks out the jar.

Spider - Man
Hey!

Miles looks in the distance and sees the silhouette of the Spot Miles
runs behind a cargo and watches The Spot. The Spot walks on portals
but he drops a large device with the same bird-like shape on it. The
car that was following Miles stops revealing it’s Ganke and Judge
inside. They get out of the car.

Spider - Man
No, no, no! Get out of here! Go!

Ganke
Dude, don’t push us away.

Judge
You’re the new Spidey?!

Spider - Man
Dude Ganke, you told him?!

Ganke
Yeah, I needed a ride and plus he’s our roommate he was bound to find
out sometime.

Judge
And dude, the costume gi--

The Spot teleports the cargo hiding Spidey, Judge, and Ganke away; he
can now see them.

Ganke
Holy, mother of megazon!

Judge
Am I the only one seeing this?!

Ganke
Judge, come on!

Ganke and Judge get in the car

 Judge
What about Miles?!

Ganke
Miles, he can take that g-

A punch is heard and Miles is sent flying onto the street right
beside the car.

Ganke (CONT’D)
Get in!

Miles gets in the car and takes off his mask. They drive off but The
Spot follows them.

Judge
Miles. Explanation. Now!

Miles
He stole my teleportation device and modified it into a suit. He
started the fire. And I don't know who he is!

EXT. Brooklyn Streets - Night - Light Snow

Ganke, Judge, and Miles drive but the Spot follows them.

Ganke grabs Miles’ mask and puts it on. He then taps the lenses which
scans The Spot.

Ganke
That mask, the suit. We're under attack from a super villain, people!
I mean, how cool is that? I mean, it's scary, obviously. But how
cool!

Judge stops the car.

Ganke
Why are we stopped?

Judge
The light's red!

Ganke
There are no red lights in a car chase!
 The light turns green and they start driving again.

Judge
Why is he trying to kill us?

Judge pokes his head out the car window and looks at the spot.

Judge (CONT’D)
Um, why are you trying to kill us?!

Ganke
It's a classic villain. We've seen too much!

Miles
Let's not jump to conclusions. We don't know he's trying to kill us.

A car comes flying at them.

Ganke
Car!

Miles
Ok, He's trying to kill us!

Judge puts his blinker on then turns.

Ganke
Did you just put your blinker on?

Judge
You have to indicate your turn! It's the law!

Miles
I’m not too scared of that polka dot guy. We all minorities in this
car so the cops might kill us before The Spot can.

Ganke
That’s it.

Ganke shoves Judge over a little and sits in the driver's seat and
starts to drive the car. Ganke manages to escape The Spot.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Night

Miles sits at his desk and draws the bird-like symbol.

 Miles
Does this symbol mean anything to you guys?

Ganke
Yes! It's a bird!

Miles
No! The guy in the mask was carrying something with this symbol on
it.

Ganke
(To Judge)
Apprehending the man in the mask will improve Miles’ emotional
state.

Judge
Apprehend him? Miles, that’s not your job.

Miles
You’re right it’s not my job, it’s my responsibility.

Ganke
I have a theory on who the man in the mask is.

Ganke (CONT’D)

Ganke turns on the TV and it shows a photo of --

Judge

Ganke
Think about it. Fisk wanted Miles’ device, and he said no. But rules
don't apply to a man like Fisk.

Miles
There's no way. The guy is too high profile.

Judge
Then who was that guy in the mask?
 Miles
I don't know. We don't know anything about him.

Ganke
His blood type is AB—negative. See Cholesterol levels are-

Miles
Ganke, you scanned him?!

Ganke
Yeah, with the lenses.

Miles
(Laughing)
I can use the data from your scan to find him.

Judge
Uh, you'd have to scan everyone in New York. That might take, I
don't know, forever.

Miles
I'll scan the whole city at the same time. l just have to upgrade the
Lenses sensor.

Judge
How long have you guys been doing this Co Spidey stuff?

Ganke
Uh, About a week?

Judge
Next time one of you gets powers I wanna be the first to know.

Montage: Miles, Ganke, and Judge upgrade the lenses. Ganke adds
access to the lenses so he can see what Miles sees. End Montage

EXT. Top of Empire State Building - Day - Heavy Snow

Spider - Man perches looking above the city.

Ganke (V.O)
Yo, try out the new censors.
 Spider - Man taps his lenses as he scans the city he then sees the
same vitals on an island in the distance.

Judge (V.O)
Bro, I’ve lived in New York my whole life and I’ve never seen that
Island before.

Spider - Man
Let’s get this guy!

Miles front flips off the building as he dives. He then webs right
before he hits the ground. It sends him flying into the air. He then
web launches himself to the island.

EXT. Island - Day - Heavy Snow

Spider - Man lands. And looks at the signs covering the building.

Judge (V.O)
"Quarantine"? Uh, do you people know what "quarantine" means?

Ganke
“Quarantine." Enforced isolation to prevent contamination that could
lead to disease, or, in some cases, death.

Spider - Man
Oh! There's a skull face on this one. A skull face!

Judge (V.O)
Miles, head inside that building.

INT. Armored Hallway - Day

Miles walks down the hallway

Ganke (V.O)
Bro, we can’t scan anything the metal is messing with the censors.

Judge (V.O
Uh, Miles, you might want to see this.

Judge angles Miles’ lenses to look right. There is an abandoned

armored lab room.
 Miles walks in the room.

INT. Abandoned Armored Lab - Day

Miles creeps in the room.

Judge (V.O)
Yo, Miles, there’s a laptop in that room over there.

INT. Screen Room - Day

Miles walks into the room with the laptop. He then turns it on and it
shows old camera footage from 2002

Ganke (V.O)
What do you think it is?

Spider - Man
I don’t know. But look, it's Fisk.

Miles clicks on one of the camera footage. We zoom in the camera as

we switch to the past.

INT. Armored Lab - Day - Past

Fisk and some Military people talk and stand in front of a large
portal.

Fisk
That's right. We were asked to do the impossible. That's what we did.
We've reinvented the very concept of transportation. Friends, I
present Project Silent Sparrow.

Fisk (CONT’D)
(Asking for his hat)
General, may I?

General
Sure.

The general hands him his hat. Fisk throws his hat in the portal and
it sends the hat into another portal across the room and another
worker catches it.
 Fisk and the general walk into the room that Miles is in in the
future. A space pod rolls up.

Fisk
Teleportation. The transport of matter instantaneously through space.
Not science fiction any more. Now, we didn't spend billions of tax
dollars to telepon‘ hats. Ladies and gentlemen, you're here to
witness history.

Fisk pushes a button so he can talk through the intercom to speak to

the pilot.

Fisk (CONT’D)
Ready to go for a ride, Wyatt?

Wyatt
We've invited all these people. Might as well give ’em a show.

Wyatt gets in the pod.

AUTOMATED VOICE
T-minus 30 seconds to launch.

AUTOMATED VOICE (CONT’D)

29... 28...

Worker
Sir, we've picked up a slight irregularity in the magnetic
containment field.

Fisk
Huh-

General
Mr Fisk, is there a problem?

Fisk
No. No problem. It's well within the parameters. Let's move forward.

AUTOMATED VOICE
3... 2... 1...

WOMAN (OVER RADIO)

 Cabin pressure is go.

The pod with wyatt goes inside the first portal.

AUTOMATED VOICE
Pod engaged.

TECHNICIAN
Field breach! Abon‘! We've lost all contact with the pod.

MAN 1
It's breaking up!

MAN 2
The pilot is gone!

The 2nd portal explodes.

MAN 3
Portal two is down!

Worker #2
The magnetic containment field's down!

The first portal starts sucking up everything

General
Fisk, shut it down now!

Fisk
I’m so s-

General
l want this island sealed off!

We zoom out back to the present.

INT. Armored Lab - Day - Present

Ganke (V.O)
The government shut down Fisk’ experiment.

Judge (V.O
And he's using your modified teleportation device to steal his
machine back.
 Spider - Man
Fisk really is the guy in the mask.

The Spot rises up. Miles’ spider sense goes off. The Spot teleports a
huge pile of rubble over Spider - Man trapping him.

Ganke (V.O)
Miles you good bro?!

Spider - Man
I’m fine!

Miles venom punches the rubble crushing it into pieces.

Miles climbs out of one of the windows and onto the side of the
speeding train. Miles about to web away when The Spot BURSTS through
a portal and lands in front of Miles.

The Spot
You’re not stopping this. Not
today.

Spider - Man
I am stopping this! Right now!

The Spot and Miles fight, They continue fighting. The Spot forms a
portal under Miles sending him falling over and over again; he then
stops the portal and Miles crashes into the ground. A dazed Miles
shakes off the collision, He staggers to his feet.

The Spot and Miles square off, two exhausted boxers. The Spot
suddenly reaches out. He brutally shoves Miles to the ground. Miles
rolls away and tries to get up. He’s hurt.

He looks up and sees The Spot

coming after him again. The Spot grabs Miles slings him against a
pile of debris. Miles smashes into the ground, tries to get up and
slip.

The Spot
You’re nothing!
The Spot is out of breath but he is enjoying beating the hell out of
Miles.

Miles keeps GETTING UP and The Spot keeps KNOCKING HIM DOWN. Miles
keeps getting back up, he’s exhausted.

The Spot (CONT’D)

You can’t stop what’s coming!

Spider - Man
Then I’ll go down trying!

Spider - Man venom dashes at The Spot he tackles him they roll down a
flight of stairs as they land in a basement. As they’re falling Miles
grabs the spot’s mask. But when they impact Miles’ mask falls off.

Miles backs up from Spot so he can’t get his mask.

Spider - Man
It's over, Fisk.

Judge (V.O)
We got him!

The Spot unmasked slowly gets up and turns around revealing it’s not
fisk.

it’s. Professor Ohn

Spider - Man
Pro... Professor Ohn?

Spider - Man (CONT’D)

The explosion... You died.

Professor Ohn
No. I had your device.

We flashback to the night of the explosion showing how he survived.

Spider - Man
But, my dad. You just let him die.
 Professor Ohn
Give me the mask, Miles.

Spider - Man
He went in there to save you!

Professor Ohn
That was his mistake!

Miles is stucken by his words.

Miles' eyes narrow, seeing red.

Enraged, Miles rushes at Ohn-- Miles PUMMELS him with a murderous

intensity. Miles brutally beats Ohn’s

Miles batters Ohn until he’s down on his knees... a barrage of

punches... Ohn collapses to the ground, spent.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - SAME TIME (Day)

Judge and Miles look at what Miles is doing through his lenses with
concern as–

Miles grabs a sharp object in the room. He drifts towards Ohn, murder
in his eyes... lifts the object over his head, about to bring the
gleaming blades down on Ohn’s when–-

A loud ringing noise comes from Miles’ mask. Ganke still has access.
Miles falls to the ground because of the loud noise. Ohn pushes
through the noise he grabs his mask and teleports away. Miles looks
up and sees Ohn is gone.

Spider - Man
Damn it!

Miles runs and grabs his mask and starts screaming in the mic.

Spider - Man
How could you do that? I had him!

Judge (V.O)
What you just did, we never signed up for.
 Ganke (V.O)
We said we'd catch the guy. That's it.

Spider - Man
I never should have let you help me!

Miles turns off his Mic.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Day

Miles is TEARING THROUGH HIS ROOM in an emotional, teenaged rage. He

pushes all of his homework and books off his desk.

Suddenly, Judge and Ganke appear and wrap him in a hug. Miles
collapses into them and sobs.

Judge
We're going to catch Ohn, and, this time, we'll do it right.

Ganke
Miles, we found something you should see.

Ganke logs into a website from the Computer they saw in the abandoned
lab.

Miles continues the footage but we see more.

INT. Armored Lab - Day - Past

General
You almost got us all killed!

Ohn’s
Fisk! You did this–-

Ohn tries attacking fisk but workers stop him.

Ohn’s
You knew it wasn't ready!

Miles pauses the footage.

INT. Brooklyn Visions Dorm - Day

 Miles
He was there?

Judge
He was such a good man. What happened?

Miles
I don't know. But the answer's here somewhere.

Miles starts scrolling through camera footage.

Ganke
(Pointing to a spot on the camera.)
Wait, wait! Stop. There he is.

Ohn’s is hugging wyatt the pilot before he gets in the pod.

Miles
With the pilot. —Hang on.

Miles rewinds the tape to see the pilot

Wyatt
We've invited all these people minds-

Miles pauses the footage then zooms in on The Pilot’s helmet

revealing the Helmet says Ohn. THE PILOT WAS PROFESSOR OHN’S SON!

Miles
The pilot was Ohn’s son. Ohn blames Fisk.

Ganke
This is a revenge story!

Miles
Where is fisk!

Judge types on his phone.

Judge
He has an alchemax presentation at fisk plaza right now!

Miles
 That’s where Ohn’s is gonna strike next!

Ganke
We have to save Fisk.

EXT. Central Park - Day - Snow Blizzard.

Fisk is standing on the stage with a mic in his hand. Hundreds of

people stand in the audience.

Fisk
This beautiful new campus is the culmination of a lifelong dream. But
none of this would've been possible without a few bumps in the road.

Fisk (CONT’D)
Those setbacks made us stronger, and set us on the path -to a bright
future.

Warping sounds are heard.

The Spot
Setbacks?!

The Spot climbs out of a portal from the roof.

The audience runs away Fisk tries to run but the spot forms a portal
underneath him making him land on the roof near The Spot.

The Spot
Was my son a "setback"?

Fisk
Ohn! But you... Your son, that... That was an accident.

The Spot
No!

The Spot punches fisk.

The Spot (CONT’D)

You knew it was unsafe. My son is gone because of your arrogance.
 The Spot portals the old failed teleport device; he puts them
together.

Fisk
What are you doing?!

The Spot
You took everything from me when you sent Wyatt into that machine.
Now I'm taking everything from you.

The Machine powers on. It starts sucking up pieces of the buildings

in the plaza.

Fisk
No! No! No! You can't!

The Spot
You're going to watch everything you've built disappear. Then, it's
your turn.

Spider - Man lands on the roof.

Spider - Man
Professor Ohn! Let him go!

Spider - Man (CONT’D)

Is this what Wyatt would've wanted?

The Spot
Wyatt is gone!

Spider - Man
This won't change anything. Trust me, I know.

Fisk
Listen to the new Spider - Man, Ohn. Please, let me go. I'll give
you anything you want!

The Spot
I want my son back!

The Spot teleports a giant piece of rubble over Miles but Miles
dodges it. The Spot teleports spot under some rubble so he can’t
move.
 Fisk
Help!

Judge (V.O)
Go for the mask!

Miles venom jumps to the spot tackling him into one of the portals
and it takes him to another dimension.

EXT. SUBWAY TRAIN

Miles lands on the side of the train and looks around to locate the
portal back to earth.

MILES
I gotta get to that portal.

The window on the train breaks and a pair of hands pulls Miles in.
It’s The Spot!

INT. SUBWAY TRAIN -- FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION. IT CONTINUES TO TOGGLE

BETWEEN OTHER DIMENSIONS, IT FEELS LIKE A SUBWAY CAR MAZE.

Miles flickers in and out invisibility as he evades The Spot’s

punches. But Spot predicts Miles’ next spot and lands a hit.

Miles tries to venom strike but it fizzles out.

MILES
Oh no.

The Spot
It didn’t have to be this way!

Spot grabs Miles around the neck and slams him against the wall.

The Spot (CONT’D)

I can’t wait to kill you.

Miles Venom Punches the spot. And climbs out the window.

EXT. SUBWAY TRAIN

 Miles climbs out of one of the windows and onto the side of the
speeding train. He looks around and locates the portal. He is about
to web away when The Spot BURSTS through the side of the train and
lands in front of Miles. He’s LOST EVERYTHING, but he’s not losing
the fight.

The Spot and Miles fight, Spot with renewed fury. The Spot throws
Miles off the train and they continue fighting as they fall, drowning
in Sienkiewicz/Kirby
Psychedelia.

The Spot and Miles CRASH into the Brooklyn Bridge. Miles shakes off
the collision on the bridge.

a subway train suddenly speeds by, heading towards the portal. Miles
shoots a web at the train and hitches a ride.

MILES
Adios!

Miles jumps through the portal and lands on one of the roofs.

EXT. Fisk Plaza Roof - Day - Blizzard

The Spot climbs out one of the windows and tackles Miles and they
crash into the hallway.

INT. Fisk Plaza - HALLWAY - SAME TIME (Day)

CRASH! Miles is thrown THROUGH A WALL and into a hallway. The Spot
KICKS through a door and steps out, looming over him.

The Spot
Strong enough to have it all...

Miles WEBS a table at The Spot. He knocks it away effortlessly.

The Spot(CONT'D)
Too weak to take it!

Spot PUNCHES Miles in the chest. Miles goes flying down the hallway,
but recovers and CHARGES! He jumps on top of Goblin. Brutally
PUNCHING, not holding back.
 Spot seizes Miles, SMASHES him against the ceiling and then down...
through floor, after floor, after floor...

INT. Fisk Plaza - LOBBY - SAME TIME (Day)

BOOM! Miles and Spot CRASH through the ceiling, landing in the lobby.
Spot straddles Miles, strangling him.

Ganke (V.O)
Miles, I looked on the internet. There is a weakness to that
teleportation device: it can't teleport in the dark!

Judge (V.O)
He can't teleport if he can’t see anything!

Miles
Where was this 10 minutes ago!

Miles venom punches The Spot away he web zips to the wall turning the
lights off.

Suddenly, The Spot gets PUNCHED in the face.

Spot
Show yourself!

The spot starts looking around.

REVEAL Miles turning visible as he FLIES TOWARDS The Spot.

He Shoots WEBBING, knocking Spot back. He delivers a GIGANTIC VENOM

STRIKE-- KKAAAAAAA-ZAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!

The Spot flies back from the force of the Venom Blast. Miles webs him
and swings him around; he then slams him into the floor. When he
slams the teleportation device on his suit cracks causing a MASSIVE
IMPLOSION.

The device cracking also makes the portals holding the massive
portal up and it falls down to the ground.

Miles is blown back by the force of the implosion. He gets sent back
outside where the portal is.
 Miles notices Fisk.

Miles runs to the rubble and venom blasts it, breaking it. Fisk
climbs out and notices the large portal still on.

Fisk
It's still on!

Miles
We have to shut it down!

Fisk
We can't! The containment field is failing. The portal is gonna tear
itself apart! When that happens it will cause a massive explosion
capable of destroying multiple blocks!

Fisk (CONT’D)
We need to get out of here, now!

Miles
I have to stop it!

Fisk
The portal is destabilizing. You'll never make it. You could die!

Miles stays looking back at fisk and then he looks back at the
portal.

Miles
People's lives are at risk. Someone has to help.

Miles (CONT’D)
Fisk, get to safety!

Miles starts to walk towards the portal.

The portal releases Sonic Blasts knocking Miles down again and again
and again but Miles keeps GETTING UP The blasts keep knocking Miles
Down. Miles keeps getting back up, he’s exhausted.

Judge
(staticky)
 Mile- Mile-

He finally reaches the portal and activates his Venom strike and puts
his hand on the portal. He starts absorbing the power from the
portal.

The Spot climbs out of some rubble he sees all the destruction and
the terror in some people’s eyes. He thinks Wyatt would’ve been
disappointed.

Miles absorbs all the energy but he has to release the extra energy.
The spot runs to Miles and picks him up

Professor Ohn
I’m sorry.

Miles
It- It’s okay.

The Spot hits his cracked device; it still has the power for one more
portal.

The Spot teleports him and Miles high in the sky.

The Spot
Release the energy!

Miles
I can’t it’ll-

The Spot
It’s too late for me. Let go.

Miles starts to release the energy. He causes a massive explosion of

Miles walks down the street; he's in his element. He walks by his old

Miles walks down the streets with his headphones on. He sees
delinquents running out of an alleyway and they look suspicious.

Jefferson (V.O) (CONT’D)

He goes in the alleyway and sees his Spider - Man logo spray painted
on the wall behind the fence.

Jefferson (V.O) (CONT’D)

 Miles flips over the fence.

Miles looks up at the logo and smirks.

Miles, Judge, Ganke, Phin Mason, Rick Mason, and Barbara Rodriguez
all sit at a lunch table laughing. Miles signs up for the academic
Decathlon.

Miles slaps a sticker on a gargoyle at the top of a building.

Miles swings, flips, and runs through the city. He webs a train as
leverage to CATAPULT himself through the air. He looks GREAT. It’s
BEAUTIFUL, and SO SPECIFIC TO MILES.

MILES (V.O.)
 I never thought I’d be able to do any of this stuff. But I can.
Anyone can wear the mask. You can wear the mask. If you didn’t know
that before, I hope you do now.

Miles swings himself high in the air. Miles backflips once he starts
falling he puts his hands behind his head.
