RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE EMMANUEL JOEL VILLANUEVA, SENATOR, REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES TO EXTEND/PROVIDE FUND AMOUNTI TO SEVEN MILLION PESOS (PHP7,000,000.00) FOR THE CONCRETING OF VARIOUS FARM TO MARKET ROADS OF BARANGAY ABANGAN NORTE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARILAO, BULACAN. WHEREAS, the Municipality of Marilao, is one of the southemmost town in the province of Bulacan, whereby one of the sources of income of the majority of its residence is agricultural farming despite its progress; WHERAS, majority of its residents, most especially the farmers and the commuters, always dreamed of a road concreting projects so that their agricultural products be easily transported from their respective areas to the public market; WHEREAS, because of the urgent request the towns people of Marilao and in the interest of public welfare, this Honorable August Body thought it wise to knock from the bottom of the heart of the good Senator, Honorable Emmanuel Joel Villanueva; NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing and upon motion of Municipal Councilor Wilfredo D.
