Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure:
1. Heat a pan over low heat then put the flour.Toast the flour for 10 minutes or until the color
turns light brown.Stir constanstly to prevent being burnt.
3. Remove the flour and the powdered milk from the heat.
4. Put it in a mixing bowl,add the sugar and melted margarine. Mix until evenly combined.
6. Wrap the molded polvoron in a Japanese paper or you may eat directly
Product Description:
Polvoron is a semi--sweet concoction made of toasted flour, powdered milk, sugar and butter.
This is considered as a dessert or snack in the Philippines. This is considered as healthy snack
and dessert because it is low in fat but a source of dietary fiber. It is also a good source of
minerals such as calcium and phosphorus; and Vitamins such as vitamin C. The product was a
homemade polvoron that will last about a month.

Other polvoron entrepreneur that can mass produce, other dessert and snack supplier are the
possible competitor of the product.
