Elevator Pitch

A cross-border event (Elevator Pitch) will be organized with the aim to promote successful
business practices and also be a place for competition for the best business ideas of young
people, from Serbia and Montenegro, who had a three-month mentorship within the project in
which they had the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial ideas.
The event will be organized in public places (Kulturni Centar) in Novi Pazar, which will bring
together relevant actors from the cross-border area of Sandžak (100 participants).
During the event, in addition to the competition, successful entrepreneurial ideas from Serbia and
Montenegro will be presented, where true stories of people who have developed their businesses
will be shared. The events will include 3 speakers from the business sector who will present
successful business practices to motivate young people to see themselves as entrepreneurs in
various businesses. In addition to young participants, there will be employers from IT, small and
medium-sized enterprises, and state institutions at the event. This event will have a component of
advocacy and inclusion of youth employment models in Local Youth Action Plans.
"Elevator Pitch" is a well-known and useful activity for young people to learn how to make a
good business plan and present the same idea in the shortest possible way. This is a form of a
short presentation, no longer than 90 seconds, aimed at persuading decision-makers to support
the business plan or idea of the person proposing the idea. To participate in this competition,
candidates will be invited to record and submit their presentation as well as a short-written
business plan/idea.
This will also include the selection of an independent jury. The jury will consist of
representatives of the business sector, the public sector, and CSOs. The main role of the jury will
be the evaluation of the presented presentations and the selection of the 6 best business ideas
(from 20 business ideas/presentations developed by young people) created by the youth teams
during the training and mentoring process.
The event will have strong media coverage, including traditional media such as TV and radio,
but also social media. The engaged designer will develop a visual identity for this event
specifically, due to the importance of sending a message to the general public about the
importance of entrepreneurship and employment opportunities in IT.
Live video streaming will be provided for the event.

Prekogranični događaj (Elevator Pitch) biće organizovan sa ciljem da promoviše uspešne
poslovne prakse i bude mesto za takmičenje za najbolje poslovne ideje mladih ljudi iz Srbije i
Crne Gore, koji su imali tromesečno mentorstvo, u okviru projekta, u okviru koga su imali
priliku da razviju svoje preduzetničke ideje.
Događaj će biti organizovan u javnom prostoru (Kulturni centar) u Novom Pazaru, koji će
okupiti relevantne aktere sa prekograničnog područja Sandžaka (100 učesnika).
Tokom događaja, pored takmičenja, biće predstavljene i uspešne preduzetničke ideje iz Srbije i
Crne Gore, gde će biti podeljene istinite priče mladih ljudi koji su razvili svoj biznis. Događaji će
uključiti 3 govornika iz poslovnog sektora, koji će predstaviti uspešne poslovne prakse kako bi
motivisali mlade ljude da prepoznaju sebe kao preduzetnike u različitim poslovnim sferama.
Pored mladih učesnika, na manifestaciji će prisustvovati i poslodavci iz IT-a, malih i srednjih
preduzeća i državnih institucija. Ovaj događaj će imati komponentu javnog zagovaranja i
uključivanja modela zapošljavanja mladih (jedno mesto za sve) u Lokalne akcione planove za
mlade.
„Elevator Pitch“ je poznata i korisna aktivnost za mlade da nauče kako da naprave dobar biznis
plan i da istu ideju predstave na najkraći mogući način. Ovo je oblik kratke prezentacije, ne duže
od 90 sekundi, čiji je cilj da ubedi donosioce odluka da podrže poslovni plan ili ideju osobe koja
je predložila ideju. Za učešće na ovom konkursu mladi učesnici mentorstva biće pozvani da
snime i dostave svoju prezentaciju kao i kratki poslovni plan/ideju.
Ovo će takođe uključivati izbor nezavisnog žirija. Žiri će činiti predstavnici poslovnog sektora,
javnog sektora i OCD. Glavna uloga žirija biće evaluacija predstavljenih prezentacija i izbor 6
najboljih poslovnih ideja (od 20 poslovnih ideja/prezentacija mladih) kreiranih od strane
omladinskih timova tokom procesa obuke i mentorstva.
Događaj će imati jaku medijsku pokrivenost, uključujući tradicionalne medije kao što su TV i
radio, ali i društvene mreže. Angažovani dizajner će posebno za ovaj događaj razviti vizuelni
identitet, zbog važnosti slanja poruke široj javnosti o značaju preduzetništva i mogućnosti
zapošljavanja u IT-u.
Za događaj će biti obezbeđen i on line video prenos.
