Dear Wayne Pickney,

I have an idea that would include the production of newer colorways for the Jordan 11 shoe. This
shoe has sold extremely well in the past and is very popular among our intended consumers.
However, since there are limited colorways for this specific type of shoe, revenue coming from
this shoe has decreased due to customers wanting to be more unique and not own something that
is very commonly owned.

If we were to design new colorways for the Jordan 11 shoe, Nike would benefit in the following
ways:
 Increase in revenue and profit from this already popular type of shoe due to an increase in
consumer demand for the new releases.
 Appeal to the ever-changing wants and needs of our customers and remain a top-selling
shoe company.

By adding these new colorways, Nike can reach its highest revenue level. Many of our customers
who already have the original Jordan 11 colorways will purchase these potential new ones
because they already know they like the shoe. I look forward to hearing your feedback and I am
