ÍCARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS
METHOD CAKE
• Flower 520 gr
Take all DRY ingredients except the nuts • Sugar 400 gr
and raisins and put them in to a bowl, mix • Brown Sugar 400 gr
them well and take it through a sieve. • Salt 10 gr
• Baking Soda 20 gr
Once this is done add all WET ingredients • Cinnamon 20 gr
and the nuts and raisins and mix well. • Sunflower oil 580 gr
• Carrot 600 gr
• Vanilla 1 cap
You should have a very wet and runny • Eggs 8
mixture. • Pecan nuts 200 gr
• Raisins 130 gr

FROSTING
Divide the mixture over 4 cake forms about • Cream cheese 1 kg
800 gr per cake form. • Powder sugar 620 gr
• Heavy cream 35% 350 gr

FROSTING
Add all ingredients into the kitchen-aid.
Start off on a low speed, once all combined raise the speed gradually until max and
let it run for 2-3 mins.
