*Unit 6:

I was born in Mazatlán, Sinaloa on February 3rd. And It's when my life begin. I lived
with my grandparent few years of my childhood, then my family and I just moved to
another neighborhood where I start to know the things that changed me. At this new
place, I met my best friend who likes to play with me and have a lot of fun, we
shared many moments and travels, but he shows me a new world that I wanted to
learn, the science and role play.
As youngman I was fascinated with all the books and experiments we do also the
fossils he had on his desk, we were curious and creative so developed an artistic
ability and manual dexterity when we were going to craft toys. I was decided to
study more about this topics about paleontology or games designing, but my tastes
changed fast, then I liked a lot of things that I want to do, and It changed my mind so
until some years ago I didn't know what career I would study. Sometimes I think I
shouldn't have discovered those things so young, maybe I wouldn't have been too
confuse.
Anyways, I finished the elementary then I studied middle and high school where I
known about chemical, thanks to my teacher and I decided that I was going to be a
chemist on my profesional career.

*Unit 7:

In my city, we have a special holiday for local people and some tourists who visits the
city. The carnival of Mazatlán, It's a seasonal tradition that takes place along on the
Malecon before the "cuaresma", celebrates every third week of February.
In Carnival, people be organized to march in a spectacular parades wearing flashy
costumes or masks like alebrijes, animals or things that make reference of the city.
People who are over allegoric cars are dancing and making shows for the public and
tourists and giving gifts. After the great parade, the people see the sea where set off
fireworks as part of an historical success of México. Meanwhile people eat some
clasical food of Mazatlan or food that is common to eat in carnivals like fry or hot
dogs that are so popular.
Usually the carnival ends with a concert if the government decides.

*Unit 8:

A problem we have to solve in our country is education.. School students under

children, should learn, from an early age, that no race or ethnic group is superior to
others. Humanity are equal each other. They should also learn about the history of
minority groups in this country, and about their customs and traditions of his
country or a type of holiday. Finally, the government needs to create laws to protect
human rights and to help minority groups get equal access to education and better
jobs.
*Unit 9:

Censorship of books and movies is a problem that affects the free expression of
people. Like North Corea, where government gives and edited books to many school
groups, censor the autor and mentions depends where did the autor is from.
They don't have access to the same education or the same jobs and, as a result,
many live in poverty. They can't rent homes in certain areas or even enter some
shops and clubs because are inappropriate or insulting for the country.

*Unit 10:

If you want to visit Mazatlan, the malecon is a great place to start with his beautiful
blue views on the sea, the malecon could be humid if you come at 2pm-5pm, but it's
fresh and comfortable until night. It's an excellent ambient to clear the mind with
the quiet place and tide rhythm. If you are disposed to walk a large path, Mazatlán
has a really high lighthouse, It can be quite rocky because is between islands but It
offers breathtaking views, so It's important to be careful.
