Important Notes:
1. Please complete BOTH steps.
2. The deadline of video submission is 5:00 p.m. on 24 November 2022. Please reserve time for filling out the
related information and uploading the video to avoid heavy upload traffic. The submission time is based on that of
the Association server. Any late submission, regardless of reasons, will not be accepted.

The Form will be available on the Association

website from 10:00 a.m. on 11 November 2022.

Please wait patiently. Do not leave, close or refresh this page while waiting.
Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
(Note: The Form does not work on Internet Explorer.)

When a large number of users try to enter the Form at the same
time, this queuing page will appear. You can refer to the estimated
waiting time, which is subject to the number of users at that time.
When it is your turn, you will be re-directed to the next page and
you can start filling the Form out.

file and submit.

After entering a set of correct Reference Number and the
Validation Code, the name of the competitor(s) and the class
no. and group no. are shown.

Please input your email address twice

After successfully submitting the Form, an email
acknowledging the submission which contains a copy of the
submitted information will be sent to this email address.

This email address is only used for receiving the

acknowledging email. The Association will not contact you
via this email address.

The video requirements are listed here:

• Only accepts MP4 or MOV formats
• File size must not exceed 2GB
• Resolution must not exceed 1080p (1920 x 1080)
If the file size / resolution is too large, you may wish to
compress the file, or re-shoot the video.

If your file format, size or resolution has any problem,

you will see an error message “Your video file
does not fulfil the requirement”, please select again.

If that is the case, click “x” and

then re-select a file.

The file name, format and size of the

file to be uploaded will be shown here.

Click “Submit” if the file is correct.

Click “Clear” if the file is incorrect and then re-select a file.

It takes time to upload the file to Cloud server.

Please do not refresh or close the page during
uploading.

The video uploading times may vary due to a

number of factors, including file type and size,
quality, internet speed or uploads traffic.

A higher bandwidth and more stable internet

connection provide higher uploading speed.

After the submission of the Form, you will receive an email
acknowledging the submission.
If you have not received it in your inbox, please check your
SPAM and other mail boxes.
11 Check the submitted information

1) The acknowledging email includes a copy of
the submitted information, a link to the
submitted video on Cloud server and the
original file size of the video.

2) Members / competitors must make sure all

information is correct. If any problem is found,
please re-submit before the deadline
i.e. 5:00 p.m. on 24 November 2022.

3) If the Form is re-submitted, the Association

will take the information from the last
submission as final.

When you check the video link, the video uploaded to
Cloud server may still be under transcoding and processing.

If you cannot view the video immediately and see this

message “Sorry. This video will be available for viewing
shortly”, please refresh the page or view the video on
desktop Vimeo later.
13 Check the submitted information through
1 “Video Submission Form Record” website

If you have not received the acknowledgement

email after some time, you could
check the submission status through “Video
Submission Form Record” website by entering
Reference Number and Validation Code.

Competitor’s information will be shown on the

Website. Members / competitors must make sure
all information is correct. Please take a
screenshot of this page for record.

If there is no record of submission, it means

members / competitors have not submitted or
successfully submitted the video. Please fill in and
submit the Form before the submission deadline
i.e. 5:00 p.m. on 24 November 2022. .
