As a college student, I strongly perceive that primarily exerting efforts in

technological advancement ensures the country’s globalization aspirations
leading to becoming a key player in global politics.

Technological advancement is a massive growth in a country and having this one

step forward can make a big impact to a country’s development. If a country
wants to become a key player or be one of the leading countries in global politics
then having the advancement in technological aspect is really an advantage to
excel because as technology evolves rapidly it is the stage of technical evolution
that enhances artificial intelligence that affects the way individuals communicate,
learn, and think. We live in a society that technology plays an important role
today. Advancement in technology makes it easy to access information from The
World Wide Web that made the world a social village. It made learning more
interactive and collaborative that makes people to engage better in accessing
resources with the capability to have access to information to almost anything
online anytime. Information is powerful.

2. Within context of the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Philippines, must the country’s
Mass Media have “balance news, fearless views?”

Mass media is a form of extension of information to reach a large amount of

audience or to reach the mass. It plays a very important role in organizing public
attainment by disseminating information that influence the mass on how they will
view the current situation of a country. Balance news is being an unbiased news
that release both sides of the situation that makes the audience to absorb fair
knowledge between the pros and cons for the audience will not be afraid to voice
out because they are spitting facts and valid information. Fake news can ruin
everything from scratch to chaos so the media must be responsible on what
information they will release because the media is the primary source of
information of the people.

3. Religious organizations contribute to the world’s development efforts toward

globalization in several ways.

Religious organizations can be divided from the church, sect, and cult but the
most popular is the church and the religion Christianity which is the largest
religious group in the world. Religious “firms” as players in a religious
“marketplace”, competing for “customers” to “buy” their religious “goods”. Most
work in this vein, however, has looked at national religious markets rather than
 international ones. The Roman Catholic and Mormon churches are top-down
hierarchies, centrally organized to control a worldwide network of believers.
Religious organizations really contribute to the development of globalization
through its members locally and internationally by acquiring products and
services from the global market.

4. At present, global business organizations has several reasons in focusing on the

3Ps - People, Planet and Profit.

Global business organizations run business operations at a global level supports

the companies to reduce the costs and broaden their market shares. The primary
target of global market is their target market which are the people that will
patronize their products and services. Global business owners are also focused
on how they will contribute to the planet with what they offer, the reason may be
a genuine contribution or if looking on the other side it may includes hidden
agenda to conquer the world with what they are developing. Lastly, it is the profit
that what the global business organizations are acquiring effortlessly with their
reach of target market that helps them to circulate their budget and produce
much more advance services. The bigger the profit the more products and
services they will release with higher price that will benefit the global business
owners.
