--- Walking (somewhere), then they see Dr. Jose Rizal’s face in a picture, or a statue, or even his name that is imprinted
on something, basta kahit ano basta matopic si Dr. Jose Rizal. ---

Actor 1: Uy mga parrr alam niyo ba ang tungkol sa pamilya ni Dr. Jose Rizal? Wala? Ito, ipakita ko sa inyo…

--Amazing effects na nagpapakita na pumunta sila sa time nila rizal or ano, o pwede rin na picture lang sa pamilya ni
rizal kasi pamilya pa niya ang pinaguusapan dito. ---

Actor 1: Dr. Jose Rizal’s mother is Dora Teodora. She was his first teacher, who taught him on academics and life lessons.
Her teachings later turned into his principle’s cornerstone. Her mother played a great impact in his upbringing and
character development.

Actor 2: Oo pre, I remembered that he grew up in a very catholic family. In addition to that, he also became a mason
because he had great desire and hope to bring about political and social reforms in the country. He hoped to expose the
sins of the church members and by informing his people, atrocities might be prevented.

--Change background theme “ALL ABOUT DR. RIZAL”

Actor 3: Plus, he is one of the greatest writers of all time, and his pursuit of education in Ateneo, UST, and Madrid helped
him achieve his greatness. He studied philosophy, physics, and more, and received top grades. He studied books,
produced poems that won awards and developed his lifelong talents.

Actor 4: In May 1882, Dr. Rizal visited Europe, then at the Universidad Central de Madrid, Dr. Rizal obtained a Licentiate
in Medicine! He also studied at the University of Paris and finished his eye-specific training at the University of
Heidelberg in 1887. Additionally, Rizal's debut novel was published in that year in Berlin.

Actor 5: Rizal is credited with having the capacity to grasp a wide range of abilities, disciplines, and languages. In addition
to being our nation's most revered figure, he was also a physician, farmer, naturalist, writer, visual artist, athlete (in
fencing, martial arts, and pistol shooting), musician, and social scientist.

Actor 1: Lastly, Dr. Jose Rizal mentioned 5 philophies, namely: The Educational, Religious, Political, Ethical, and Social.
Continuing on Dr. Rizal, let’s talk about his many lovers. Oh la la.

--- CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “RIZAL’S WOMEN” ---

There were at least nine women linked with Rizal; namely Segunda Katigbak, Leonor Valenzuela, Leonor Rivera, Consuelo
Ortiga, O-Sei San, Gertrude Beckett, Nelly Boustead, Suzanne Jacoby, and Josephine Bracken. These women might have
been beguiled by his intelligence, charm, and wit. Wow!

Actor 2: Looking at Dr. Jose Rizal's his lovers and his ongoing mission to our country, one could say that both of those
things are the two sides of the same coin. Like, did Dr. Rizal meet his lovers on his path while doing his mission or did his
lovers inspired and empowered him to continue?
---CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEM “COLONIZATION” or something that relates to script that follows this

Actor 3: Interesting thought pare. Speaking of missions, it’s related to the Spanish Colonization. The Spanish
government's immense influence resulted in abuses of power, injustices, discrimination, and corruption. Filipinos
emerged in revolt against the Spanish government. A good example is the Agrarian Revolt in 1745–1746

Actor 4: --- and the widely known Katipunan (KKK) revolution! The colonial oppression by Spanish colonizers created a
sense of unity among the diverse ethnic and linguistic groups and a sense of national identity. The opening of the
Philippines to world trade contributed to raising national consciousness as Filipinos began to search for their identity.

Actor 5: And, Amidst all this turmoil, Dr. Rizal stood up and fought as one of the leaders and heroes of the country. The
reasons and qualities of Dr. Rizal being a hero is that Rizal was a leader who was charismatic, virtuous and above all,
incorruptible. He showed a type of leadership that was motivated by the willingness to sacrifice oneself for the country.

Actor 1: Indeed, Dr. Rizal is a National Hero. His love for his country is irrefutable; he showed empathy and defended
the country until his last breath. However, Rizal might not be the revolutionist we thought he would be but He opposed
the idea of a revolution unless there were enough people who were willing to sacrifice their lives to fight for their land.

--- CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “RIZAL WORKS” ---

Actor 2: Now, diving to Dr. Jose Rizal’s many great works and literature. Did you know that Noli Me Tangere and El
Filibusterismo became the stage of debate among the Spanish Friars? Yeah, it is because his novels contained great
knowledge of what was happening and provocative insinuations that made the Spanish Friars felt threatened.

(Reacts and amazement is welcome like, oh really? Parang discussion lang no HAHA)

Actor 3: Other works of his includes ‘Sa aking mga Kabata’, The poem's message is centered on our love for our nation
and our native tongue. Our language is a powerful tool for achieving freedom and liberty when compared to the
colonists who once governed our nation, particularly the Spaniards.

Actor 4: Also ‘Our Mother tongue’, It explains the connection between language and the demand for freedom and the
fact that language is more than just a collection of words that people use to interact with one another. And the ‘To the
Philippines youth’, The poem engages the mind of the reader by its alluring representation of the country’s immaculate
image.

Actor 5: (as if nisumpay sa last speaker) -- Plus so much more of Dr. Rizal’s works.

--- CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “RIZAL’S HOMECOMING ----

Actor 5: Now, do any of you know of Dr. Rizal’s Second homecoming? It happened on June 26, 1892 at 12:00 PM where
he arrived in Manila together with his sister Lucia Rizal. On July 6, 1892, Rizal was placed under arrest and escorted to
Fort Santiago by Ramon Despujol, nephew and aide of Governor General Despujol.

Actor 1: On July 14, 1892, Rizal was handed to Captain Ricardo Carnicero by the Spanish commandant Captain Delgras
which brought Rizal under heavy guard to the steamer Cebu which was sailing for Dapitan. Then, during July 17, 1892 –
July 31, 1896, he bagan his excile in lonely Dapitan.

sailed to Manila with his wife and sister. On September 3, 1892, sn attempt was made to rescue Jose Rizal by Pedro B.
Roxas, a fellow Filipino passenger, and Captain Camus, while he was in Singapore bound for Spain.

--- CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “THE DAY BEFORE EXECUTION AND THE LAST POEM MI ULTIMO ADIOS ---

Actor 3: On December 29, 1896, 9:00AM- Fr. Federico Faura, who once said that Rizal would lose his head for writing the
Noli Me Tangere, arrived. Rizal told him,“Father you are indeed a prophet.” At 12:00-3:30PM-Rizal’s time alone in his
cell. He had lunch, and wrote his last poem of 14 stanzas. Later known as Mi Ultimo Adios (MyLastFarewell).

--- CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “RIZAL EXECUTION” OR LUNETA PARK ---

Actor 4: Then on the fateful day, December 30, 1896, at 7:03 AM, With the captain shouting “Fuego!” Shouts rang out
from the guns of eight indio soldiers. Dr. Rizal was finally executed. He died at the age of 35years, 5 months and
11days.

--- a moment of silence ---

---CHANGE BACKGROUND TO THEME “RIZAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS”

Actor 5: But he did many other accomplishments in life other than his fight for the country. He did well as a Physician, He
was able to cure an eye ailment of Don Florencio Azcarraga.

Actor 1: As an engineer, He equipped a town with lighting system using P500 consisted of coconut oil lamps.

---- sudden change in background, they warped back to real time ---
