Letscodify Solutions is pleased to offer you the position of “React Native Developer”. We congratulate
you on behalf of the company and the entire team. We are certain that you will be an asset for the

Following are the terms and conditions:
COMMENCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT
LIABILITY OF SERVICE
a) You will perform the duties and responsibilities that your position or job necessarily
entitled, as may be contained in your job description or as may be reasonably assigned to
you by the company from time to time. The specific duties and responsibilities you have
are contained in the corresponding Scope of Work and Job Description, which herein
you acknowledge to have read and understood as a condition for your regularization and
entitlement to other benefits and promotion.
b) You are obliged to perform your duties with loyalty and independently to help meet the
goals and objectives of the company.
PROBATION
a) You are required to undergo a probationary period of three (3) months to evaluate your
stability. As a probationer, your employment will be subjected to termination by either
side without notice and without assigning any reason.
a) Salary at PKR 50,000 per month payable in arrears in accordance with company policies
on designated pay date.
LUNCH FACILITY
a) The Lunch timings would be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, an employee can avail this hour for
their personal work, and they can go out of office after informing to the reporting
authority.
WORKING HOURS
LEAVES
a) Upon regularization, you will be entitled to Ten (10) days’ vacation for each year of
actual employment. Since leave credits are not convertible to cash, Employee is strongly
encouraged to use all leave credits during the calendar year earned. There should be cases
where in the company disapproves any leave application of an employee due to hectic
workloads and/or urgent deadlines, making it impossible for the employee to apply for
such leaves prior to its expirations then those leaves will be accumulated for the next
year.
b) You will also be allowed Sick leaves Ten days (10) and Casual Leaves Tens days (10)
after completion of probation period.
TERMINATION
After completion of probation your appointment may be terminated at any time subject to the following
conditions
Employee’s affixing of his/her signature on the herein Employment contract means that:
a) Employee has read and fully understood the terms and conditions hereof and accepts the
same.
b) The terms and conditions for the regularization of his employment have been clearly
communicated to and accepted by him/her at the time of his engagement.
