ABSTARCT:
• The covid-19 pandemic has taught us plenty,
especially how to be safe and secure. During
this pandemic so many hand-free (non-
touchable) smart equipment’s are introduced.
• For safety purpose, we proposed the virtual
handler mechanism to avoid touching in the
public places. This mechanism is access through
the gestures or movements of the hand.
• Usually we use this virtual touch screen where
people exposed places like ATMs, Railway status
machine etc.

• Using CV zone We can have a Hand detection module by using

this we can use any of the Tip movement by our choice.
• A CSV data file for All the Questions need to be answered along with
choices and Actual answers.
• Display of a basic questions along with choices and a Detected hand ✋
REAL TIME OUTPUT:
OBSERVATIONS:

• 1.Using hand gesture , There should be a minimum and maximum

Threshold distance between user and screen since Distance
between finger tips as taken as reference .
There will be fluctuations when there is difference in distance.
• 2.We are now focusing on question by question choices.
Later we'll try to implement , Questions based on previous answers.
OBSERVATIONS FROM VIDEO:

• If we move our hand closer to the camera and clicking the answer,
it is not taking the response, so there must be a minimum distance
between camera and our hand.

• We observe this with the 1st and 3rd question answering in this
output video.
