A formal education is one in which you attend school and study under a well-structured curriculum from

qualified instructors. The majority of formal education has a curriculum and standards. There is an end
objective, which is typically an exam or other kind of assessment to see if the subject has been thoroughly
understood. An external organization typically certifies the assessment as well. Informal education does not
have a certified assessment at the conclusion. It could include a self-evaluation or an uncertified examination.
