Good morning everyone. I’m Nguyen. Good to see you all. On behalf of Binh
Duong Tours, I would like to welcome you all to Vung Tau. The bus ride to your
hotel will take about fifteen minutes. Now I’d like to take a minute to familiarize
you with the area and discuss some brief safety precautions. Please remember my

problems during this tour.
Firstly, I ask that you remain seated until we reach our destination, and that you do
not eat or drink while on the bus. Secondly, enjoy your vacation, but do drink
responsibly, and do not drink when driving.
2- Describing the location
Now, I will let you in on a secret. Vung Tau city is the place where I’ve been born
and grown up. Therefore, I promise you are going to enjoy your stay here. This
city is a great place for your relax and many kinds of activities such as: relaxing
and sunbathing on the beach; swimming, scuba diving; watching the sea in the
dawn or sunset; climbing the mountains; and eating fresh delicious seafoods on the
sites.
You can go around the city by bike or motorbike to experience the lives of the
locals here, and explore the seafood markets or the coastal fishing villages. Then,
you can buy some packages for family. However, please remember to check the
price before buying anything if you don’t want to be charged too much. In
addition, you absolutely do not go into the sea area where there are no swimming
signs, because of strong undertows and no rescuers there. “Bai Truoc” (Front
Beach) and “Bai Sau” (Back Beach) are the places where you can enjoy swimming
in the ocean. You can take a short taxi ride from your hotel. If you come here on
the weekends or the holidays, you can join the sea festivals or events with friendly
local people.
3 Introducing special events and offers.
Binh Duong tours offers a variety of special discounts depending on your travel
plans. We have island trip packages, as well as scuba diving or fishing with the
local people. We have lunch at 1pm at the retauraut in the hotel today, and I will
show you all about these offers. We recommend that you do not purchase packages
from street vendors as they are not always 100 percent reliable. They also may
charge you more than what they say. Please take my advice and allow Binh Duong
tours to book all of your day trips and activities while you are here.

4. Offercing advice.
If you need to exchange your dollars to VND, please use a bank or money changer.
We recommend that you do not exchange your money at the hotel as you will not
get a fair rate. Some restaurants will accept US dollars or other dollars, but you're
better off to exchange your currency and pay with VND. Or, for convenience, you
can often use your credit card. Besides, if you want to get around the city or travel
somewhere in Vung Tau, we recommend you to rent a motorbike instead of a taxi.
The rental price is about five US dollar for a motorbike per day. If you decide to
take a taxi, make sure you negotiate the price before you go.
5. Closing remarks.
We’re going to be pulling up to the hotel in just a few minutes. Please sit back and
enjoy the view of the ocean on the left hand side of the bus as we enter the city. I
ask that you remain in your seats until we have come to a complete stop. Javier
will be meeting us at the bus to help you with your bags. Please double check to
