Event Photography & Videography Request Form

The purpose of this form is to record the event details for APU Beyond Media coverage. It is important for you to
provide all relevant details so that our mediagraphers can provide the best coverage possible.

APU Beyond Media is APU's official media team with its services provided voluntarily by our own students with
equipment provided by the University, to provide the official media coverage for any events.

For event photography:

Our photographers require a considerable amount of time to edit and perform the necessary quality checks on
the photos that are taken for the event. Do expect to receive the photos via email roughly 2 to 3 business days after
the event.

For video production:

It is the responsibility of any organisers of any events to communicate with us via email prior to a video
production as to what are the requirements of the final edited video, such as the content and duration of the final
edited video for any events. APU Beyond Media will only be in charge of the video production and utilise our own
storyboarding and editing if no requirements are made prior to the video production.

For Live Streaming Services:

If you require any Live Streaming services via APU Facebook and YouTube, kindly submit your request via our
webinar production form here: http://apiitgroupcomm.sites.apiit.edu.my/

We would appreciate for all organisers to request your events at least 2 business weeks prior to the event for us to
arrange the necessary manpower and resources.

For sports, clubs and societies, do submit your event proposal via https://www.studentaffairs.apu.edu.my/.
