About the job:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Graphic Designer would be able to
handle entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics
including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual
aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
You can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $45 per hour while
under training and $50 per hour once done with training.
You will be paid weekly via the bank account you have registered with payroll and
you will also undergo a one-week training from your supervisor. He/She will be
training you on how to navigate and work with some of the programs on your
MacBook accurately.
Your supervisor would be attached to you and He/ She would assign tasks to
you while working according to instructions using the workstation tools provided.
You will also receive the I-9, employment eligibility paper work and other HR
document during your training from your supervisor. You are to fill; sign and
send back to us. We take out taxes okay?
We will discuss tax planning with you prior to the year-end and review tax law
changes in order to maximize your tax saving opportunities. With an effective tax
plan, you will have greater assurance of tax being taken care of by the company.
All employees are advised to register a valid bank account for payroll functions
(such as: Disbursements of your allocated weekly training pay, bonuses, incentives,
etc.) before you advance to training and setup your workstation. You will learn
more about this from your interview manager as you proceed.

NOTE: You will be advised on when and how to send your company devices over to our technicians

will be required to have your own devices as stated above, features and applications needed for you
to effectively work for us will be installed in your company devices within 24hrs

What you will be doing:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
