This agreement is to assure both the seller and the agent in charge of the shares in
commission.

With the price of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1, 500) per square meter, the
representative, Djoana Swin Olarte, has agreed on the terms that the commission would be
shared between her and the agents of Wanda Prime Property Development Inc., Ginest M.
Tuliao, Marie Joanne B. Flororita and Nicole Erika F. Trajano.
In the condition that this private agreement has not been consented, the 5% commission will be returned to their
original owner as it was legally contracted within the transactions of Buyer and Seller. This is to avoid any present
and future conflicts between the seller, the buyer and the agents.
The agents will be receiving a commission of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos
(P140,000), where the first half of the share will be received when the seller gains their 30%
payment for the two properties. While the second half will be received after the first payment for
Estelita Swin.
As for Djoana Swin Olarte, she will be receiving what is left of the agreed 5%
commission to be given in the transaction of the properties.
As this agreement was made privately, where the only witnesses and proof are written on
this letter, all parties should sign and this document will be notarized for this to be binding.
Shares should be received before the end of the transactions of all the properties. Until all parties
have received their share, this agreement will not be void under any circumstances.

This Assurance of Agreement consists of TWO (2) pages including this page where this
acknowledgment is written; all signed by the principal(s) and his\her\ their representative.
WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL on the date and place first herein above-stated.
