FACTS ABOUT THE CASE

Fact 1
Following a heated altercation over an illegal noisemaker, Sonia and Frank Gregorio
were shot and killed by police officer Jonel Nuezca on December 20, 2020 in Paniqui,
Tarlac, the Philippines (boga)

Fact 2
Policeman Jonel claimed to have passed away inside of a prison, telling online users
that he deserved to die because he had murdered two innocent people.

Fact 3
He murdered Sonya and Frank Gregorio in front of his families, causing irreparable pain
and traumas to the family.

Fact 4
In response to their killings, lawmakers and other government representatives have
requested changes to the Philippine National Police, fearing systemic problems within
the agency.

Fact 5
Frank Anthony was in Sonya's arms when she was slain, thus she must have kept him
close when he was a child to prevent him from getting into trouble. A police officer's
rage resulted in the deaths of a mother and a son one after the other, but the deaths
were stopped by a government-issued gun.

APPLICATION OF VIRTUE ETHICS

Concept 1

The circumstances surrounding the Gregorio family, which are connected to the virtue
of TEMPERANCE, highly upset and furious the policeman. The policeman was unable to
control his wrath since he is particularly sensitive to the "BOGA" issue.

Concept 2
The police officer did not make an arrest, but he did turn himself in at the police station.
Frank and Sonya Gregorio were killed by a police officer.

Concept 3
Another point is that the suspect became enraged when the two victims said, "I don't
care, eh eh eh," and shot them in the head as a result. Jonel, the murder suspect, was
caught as a result of his bravery.

Concept 4
despite the fact that the policeman killed the mother and son of the Gregorio family on
the same day and at the same time, to see JUSTICE done in their deaths. The next-door
neighbor believes Jonel is also a suspect. They were able to gather some evidence to
support the family's claims.
