SUBJECT: Cockroach Infestation

I'm writing to inform you that, over the next few weeks, every employee should clean up after
they finished a meal as there has been a cockroach infestation in our lunch area.

As our company continues to expand, we feel it is necessary to be hygienic and provide a clean
dining space for everyone to use, we will be grateful to the people who will follow our new rule
and will punish those who refuse to do so.

If you have questions or wish to see the proofs of the infestation, you can access the pictures of
our dining area here. In the meantime, we should rethink our past actions and be a better
hygienic person for our company’s betterment.

The rule is to be implemented as soon as possible, to avoid repeating the same problem again.
