Mission

NTC STOPSHOP exists primarily to retail a general range of products, which may be fresh or

packaged. Prioritizes the consumers, providing quality services from qualified staffs and providing

quality products at a much lower price.

Vision

(Briefly describe what your company/organization desires to achieve in the long-run)

To provide quality products at affordable price. To create life-long relationship among staffs, customer

and the company. To be the top supplier of every household and be relevant in their lives.

Code of Ethics

1. RESPONSIVENES

The company is open for any suggestions and comments from our beloved customers. It listens to

customers’ reactions and do something about it. It is proud to say that we hire staffs with good

customer service skills that are willing to assist each customer.

2. HONESTY

One of the company’s assets is its honesty. It guarantees customers that it provides quality products

from trusted suppliers. It inspects each product if it can reach quality standard.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY

The company is accountable in its every action. It will fix any error that it will encounter to preserve

good relationships between consumers and the company.

4. COMMITMENT

The company provides quality staffs that are committed to our company. They honor their commitment
and provide quality services the company requires.

5. LOYALTY

The company is loyal to its valued customers and it stick to it goal to provide quality services and

products. The company puts the customers’ welfare first.

Policy #1 quality customer service

Good and quality service is one of the reasons why customers keep on patronizing the company. It is

our mission to give customer what they deserve. We must be responsive to their needs and take actions

best fit for both parties.

Policy #2 harmonious relationship between staffs

With peace and harmony between staffs, it creates a good working flow. It gives each staff a clear mind

and positive outlook towards work and because of that, staffs are able to give quality service to our

customers.

Policy #3 proper food handling

Before starting one’s duty, he/she must undergo seminars towards proper food handling. One must be

very careful in handling food items to avoid contamination that might affect customers’ health.

Policy #4 standard operating procedures

Each position in the company has a corresponding set of standard operating procedures. One must

strictly follow what his/her job description. It is provided during entry or training period.

Policy #5 proper attire and grooming

The company has a good reputation to provide quality service. All staffs must be presentable. Wearing

prescribe uniform is a must. It is for customers to easily identify staffs to quickly response to their

needs.

Policy #6 cleanliness

With proper hygiene and the cleanliness of the workplace, we can avoid arising of illness and the

spread of viruses. We must protect all staffs and customers.

Policy #7 damage goods cause human errors

Damage goods are to be paid to the cashiers/counter. The company cannot tolerate irresponsibility and

improper handling of the products.

Policy #8 shoplifting, stealing


Shoplifters are to be reported to the police to take legal actions. It is applicable to all customers and

staffs. Staffs are to be terminated if proven guilty.

Policy #9 prohibition of bringing pets and other animals

Animals might cause problems inside the store. They can destroy goods and may be carriers of germs

and viruses. We must avoid this for the benefit of all.

Policy #10 give honor to the company

All staffs must follow all the rules to provide good customer service that will bring honor to the name

of the company. Everyone must stick to the mission and vision of the company.
