and navigate to the Course
URL tab

This tab will also provide you

with the full course title list that
is published monthly

2. Put in your MPN

Location ID

3. The full Course URL will then

be created for all available
courses on Microsoft Learn.

Copy and paste the specific

Course URL you want to provide
to your Learners.

Now you are ready to provide the

Course URL for your Learners to
access their course content!

For example: Our Learners are taking course AZ-500, the

link circled above would be what we share with our Learners.

Sometime throughout the duration of the class, you will provide your Learner with the Achievement Code URL

4. Utilize the same Learner

Course URL from step 3 and
paste it into your address bar
on a webpage.

This will take you directly to the

Course page.

Note: Please ensure you are

signed into this page with your
Administrative account you
enrolled with.

5. Scroll up to the top of the

page and click on the request
achievement code button

Note: If Request achievement

code button is not available,
please refer to the Enrollment
Guide for trouble shooting.

6. Enter the number of

Learners you are
requesting the code for,
and click “Request Code”

7. Click “Copy URL” and

you now have your
Achievement Code URL to
provide to your Learners!

Note: Ensure you copy & paste

somewhere or write down, before
you navigate off this.

Achievement Code URLs are the

same for all Learners in a class.

Each Achievement Code URL for

a set of Learners taking a course,
is unique to that course.

Example below:
