Business communication is the process of exchanging ideas and opinions to people who are within
and outside of the organization that is regulated by a certain rules and norms. As far as I know,
before business communication was just limited to written work, telephone calls and etc, but now
with the innovation of technology, cellphones, video conference, emails are invented to support
business communication and to have easy access between other people.

It is the simplest of all letter styles. All the parts of the letter are flush with the left margin.
The paragraphs in the body are single spaced except for a double space between paragraphs.
Modified block style is almost the same with the block style however the date begins in the center of
page, closing begins in center of page and signature block begins in center of page.
Simplified letter style is the same as the standard block style except from the salutation is
omitted, the closing is omitted (2 blank lines after the last paragraph and before signature line) and
the subject line is added (2 blank lines before and after subject).
All elements are left-aligned, except for the beginning of each paragraph, which is indented
five spaces. Paragraphs are separated by a double line space.
