Herewith, we inform you that the delivery of orders for electronic goods in the form of
Samsung brand Led TVs has arrived on time on March 28, 2022 with Number: 006/GT/III/2022.

However, after we checked, there were several items that were damaged/defective and lacking
in number, namely:
 2 pieces of 32” Samsung Led TV in packaging (cardboard) Code GT-1 and GT-3
 There is less than 1 Samsung Led TV with a size of 40 ".

Therefore, with great regret, we state that we will return the 2 damaged pieces, we ask you to
send 2 new 32” Samsung brand Led TVs and complete 1 40” Samsung Led TV which is lacking in
number.

Herewith we attach proof of damage to the goods and proof of sending the goods back. We
hope that you can send the goods back before April 15, 2022. And we thank you for your
attention.

As a follow-up to the offer letter that you have sent us on April 25, 2022, we intend to place
an order as follows:

40” Samsung LED TV 18 units

We hope that we can receive the ordered goods no later than March 29, 2022. As for the
delivery of goods, you can use the "PATAS" delivery service.

The process of paying a down payment of 50% is Rp. 67,925,000 (Sixty Seven Million Nine
Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Rupiah) we have sent (Evidence attached) today through the
Bandung Branch of the State Dagang Bank and we will finish it after one month of receiving the
goods. We ask that these items be packed/packed neatly so that they are not easily
damaged/defective.
