A dietitian or a nutritionist may be able to help. These food experts will offer tips for avoiding
the foods that trigger your allergies and will ensure that even if you exclude certain foods from
your diet, you still will be getting all the nutrients you need.

Once diagonised with a food allergy,your allergist should prescribe an epinephrine auto
injector.Epinephrine auto injector are devices that contain epinephrine also known as adrenalin
hormone whereby it involves in regulating visceral functions.

For severe allergic reactions which can lead to hypotension epinephrine helps to increase blood
flow through veins by constricting blood vessels.By binding to receptors on smooth muscles of
the lungs, epinephrine helps to relax the muscle blocking the airways and allows breathing yo
return to normal.
